Lovely skiing holiday great weather
Pros:

Very wide choice for Breakfast and the hotel is centrally located with nearest Ski lift close by and busses very close

Cons:

Evening Meal and friendliness of waiting staff for that meal (Breakfast staff were very helpful and efficient)

Lovely holiday in Zell Am See and the hotel fitted our needs very well.
Pros:

Location was excellent on the edge of the pedestrianised area and also not far from the CityXpress gondola for skiing. There was suitable parking at the hotel. Rooms were large and had good ensuite facilities. Late check out wasn't a problem either.

Cons:

The main entrance feels like the back door. Rooms over the pedestrian side wouldn't be great for light sleepers due to people passing by late at night and cars in the early morning. Breakfast was good but not excellent.

Great location & fabulous break was had

Location is Excellent, basement bar is great, buffet fir breakfast was good

Very small pool and area didn’t seem to be working as no written advice on use of the pool jets etc. small sign on sauna door stating to be quiet for other guests however gave up on our first visit on the relax beds as group of Russians literally shouting at each other whilst in the seating area suggest a sign on the entrance would be more useful. Pre ordered a breakfast as leaving early at 5:40am everything closed and no one around anywhere, paid for it but got nothing. Reply was they prepared it but thought 5am was too early to leave packed breakfast at our door, so what time did you think we were getting up at then?!

Alulról súrolja a 4 csillagos szintet, inkább 3+! A minibár üres, van wellness, de a szobában nincs papucs és köpeny, a reggelinél ki írva hogy prosseco, de igazából csak egy olasz habzóbor, stb.

Das einzige kleine Manko war das sehr schöne aber kalte Badezimmer. Es hat sehr lange gedauert bis die Temperatur auf dem richtigen Niveau war.

Disappointing
Pros:

Dinner was good,

Cons:

Breakfast was cold.
The spa was pathetic.
The pool was no bigger than a jacuzzi and the sauna didn't get hot until one hr after they had turned it on.
The bedroom was so basic and l paid nearly £700 for a totally inadequate room.
I will never useyou again as your company quite clearly does not check the hotels properly.

Great location, great breakfast, great hotel overall!
Pros:

Wonderful location, and the breakfast spread was superb; not to mention a wonderful dinner option. You really can't ask for a better hotel in Zell am See.
