Please note that all hotel’s pools are seasonally heated, at the beginning and end of the summer season.

Please note that a Medical center is 5 minutes away, while a general hospital is 30 minutes away.

Please note that the property can arrange car rentals and schedule excursions to important Cretan sights, such as the archaeological site of Knossos. It is a 20-minute drive from the airport and only a 10-minute drive from the country's most prominent 18-hole golf course.

Pros:

Absolutely loved loved loved this hotel! Definitely in the top three hotels I've ever stayed in!! The staff and reception staff could not do enough for us! Literally from the moment we got put of our taxi from the airport we were met with smiles and welcoming faces. They also would not even let is bring pur own luggage up the hill to the reception!😂 we also had a little golf buggy bring us up to the reception. And the moment we walked in i was hot with a beautiful scent! The hotel was so clean and immaculate 😍 we came in late at night and put room was perfect with the air conditioning on and cool and a lovely plate of fruit and little desserts on put room and a bottle of water and wine in our fridge! Also, the room! The room was perfect and clean and spacious. We booked a room with an outdoor pool and it was heated too! We also had a sun lounge bed outside and seating. It was perfect! And the next morning, the breakfast?? Was perfect 👌 the food was amazing and so much variety. The staff were so nice and brought us our coffee and juice every morning. They were so attentive to anyone with extra needs too such as guest with children and babies. From my observation, they went above and beyond! Also, a Lady called Maria (a manager i think) helped us with planning where to go and what activities to do when we booked a car. She was so sweet and helpful and it really helped as we went to Knossos palace and to Heraklion city and the Museum. We will definitely be back and stay here! Also, the village and the food?! Amazing! It was a trip to remember as we also got engaged and used the spa which was the best treatment I have had in years! We will be back!

Bel hôtel avec un personnel très à l'écoute, mais un prix excessif eu égard aux prestations

Cons:

1 - La "vue mer", très décevante (photo jointe) : J'avais réservé une chambre "Vue mer", or la vue mer ne représentait qu'environ 25% de la vue (et encore, avec un poteau électrique en plein milieu). Les autres 75% donnaient sur les toitures industrielles des immeubles situés entre la mer et l'hôtel. Ce n'est pas ce que j'appelle une vue mer.

2 - plusieurs cafards ds la chambre (5) sur les 6 nuits qu'à duré le séjour. Le personnel s'est montré très réactif chaque fois que je les ai appelés pour venir me débarrasser des insectes mais qd même, pour un hôtel de cette catégorie il ne devrait pas y en avoir.

3 - Last (but not least) j'avais réservé une chambre pour 1 personne seule et j'ai payé PLUS pour cette chambre que si j'étais venue accompagnée. Suis-je censée manger à moi toute seule plus que 2 personnes ou prendre plus de douches ??? Est-ce lié à la politique tarifaire de l'hotel ou à celle de Booking qui, par le jeu des remises Genius favorise plus les couples que les célibataires ? Bref, j'ai trouvé ça vraiment excessif et pas très "Single friendly"
Du coup, avis assez mitigé sur ce séjour que j'ai trouvé très cher pour ce qu'il était.

Sehr schöne Anlage. Alles ist stilvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und kinderlieb. Auch das Essen ist mega lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Was such a lovely experience, would definitely come back.
Pros:

The multiple pools on the resort were absolutely gorgeous. The breakfast was so delicious with lots of variety. The rooms were nicely sized and had everything you needed.

Cons:

There was nothing about the resort we didn't like. Everything was very impressive from staff to service. The only one negative experience was not being served a drink on our first morning of the buffet breakfast. We had to ask multiple staff for water, and coffee.

מלון מושלםםם, צוות מקסים ואדיב ברמה בלתי רגילה, באמת מעבר לכל הציפיות, נקי, מסודר , אפילו את הפיגמות של הבנות קיפלו בצורה מהממת, נהננו מכל רגע, קרוב להכל אין מיליםםםם!!! קונסטנטינה המנהלת מקסימה ברמות!! וואו פשוט וואו!!!!

Big , comfy bed. Coffee machine In room. Toiletries. Wine & sweets & fruit in fridge.

Cons:

Nightmare for disabled. Tall steps & slopes. I could not use our private pool . Difficult ladder steps. Same for public pool . I couldn’t go to the bar. High steps & no hand rail. Very expensive to buy drinks at dinner . No free water at dinner . Tiny cup coffee 4.5 euros. Felt ripped off. Resort is in a built up area. Our car parked in dusty building site garage.
