Please note that all hotel’s pools are seasonally heated, at the beginning and end of the summer season.

Please note that a Medical center is 5 minutes away, while a general hospital is 30 minutes away.

Please note that the property can arrange car rentals and schedule excursions to important Cretan sights, such as the archaeological site of Knossos. It is a 20-minute drive from the airport and only a 10-minute drive from the country's most prominent 18-hole golf course.

מלון טוב לא מצדיק 5 כוכבים
Pros:

חדר עם בריכה היה מדוייק חדר גדול נקי כל יום ניקיון מצויין מחדש מול המלון ובסביבתו לא מעט מסעדות וברים חלקם טובים חלקם פחות. הגענו מאוחר חיכו לנו והציעו גם משהו לאכול.
האוכל סביר מגוון חלקו טעים מאוד חלקו פחות. הקינוחים לא טובים בכלל

בחדר אוכל בארוחת ערב אין אפילו קנקן מים מבקשים כסף אפילו על מים. מלון חמישה כוכבים מצופה למינימום וזה מרגיש מסחטת כסף. המלצרים מפנים את הצלחת כשאתה עוד אוכל לפעמים הרגשנו שהם רוצים לפנות גם אותנו. אין מה לעשות במלון משעמם עד כאב. המיטה ספה הנוספת בחדר לא ראויה לאנשים

Nous avons séjourné dans cet établissement 6 nuits, du 15 au 21 juillet 2026.

Les extérieurs sont très beaux, bien entretenus et offrent un cadre agréable. Le personnel est également très souriant, serviable et toujours à l'écoute. Ce sont malheureusement les seuls véritables points positifs de notre séjour.

Pour le reste, cet hôtel est très loin du niveau attendu d'un établissement 5 étoiles.

La restauration est de très mauvaise qualité. Que ce soit au petit-déjeuner, au déjeuner ou au dîner, les repas sont très décevants et ne sont absolument pas à la hauteur d'un hôtel de cette catégorie.

Les chambres sont vieillissantes, le mobilier est daté, le matelas est inconfortable et la salle de bain mériterait une rénovation complète. L'ensemble manque de confort et de standing.

La qualité du Wi-Fi est également très décevante. Le réseau réservé aux clients se déconnecte régulièrement et, même lorsqu'il fonctionne, le débit est très faible. Pour un hôtel de cette catégorie, ce niveau de service est difficilement acceptable.

Le service autour de la piscine est également très décevant. Les serveurs sont souvent absents et il faut parfois attendre 20 à 30 minutes pour obtenir une simple boisson. De plus, certains services annoncés comme ouverts dès 10 h ne sont toujours pas opérationnels en fin de matinée, notamment pour la mise à disposition des serviettes de piscine.

Autre point regrettable : malgré des panneaux indiquant clairement qu'il est interdit de réserver les transats en y laissant simplement une serviette, cette règle n'est jamais appliquée. De nombreux vacanciers monopolisent ainsi les transats pendant des heures sans les utiliser, rendant très difficile, voire impossible, de trouver une place. La piscine familiale est également trop petite au regard de la capacité de l'hôtel, ce qui accentue encore cette impression de saturation.

Le point le plus préoccupant reste la piscine.

Overall, we had a good stay, but I personally felt it was more of a 4-star experience than a 5-star one.

The standout feature was definitely the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which really made a positive difference to our holiday. We also loved the adults-only pool area, which was a great place to relax. The nearby village of Koutouloufari is lovely, with some fantastic restaurants, and it's about a 15-minute walk downhill to Hersonissos.

Cons:

The food at the hotel was a bit hit and miss. That's very subjective, of course, and everyone has different tastes, but we ended up swapping our dinner for lunch so we could enjoy the excellent local restaurants in the evenings.

The biggest disappointment was the room. The first room we were given felt very dark, small, and cave-like, so we asked to move. Thankfully, the hotel accommodated our request, and the second room had a much better layout with patio doors, which made it far more pleasant. Even so, the rooms are quite compact.

One thing to be aware of is that the hotel is built on a hillside with lots of steps. This wasn't a problem for us, and there is a lift available, but it may be worth considering if you have mobility issues.
