Please note that all hotel’s pools are seasonally heated, at the beginning and end of the summer season.

Please note that a Medical center is 5 minutes away, while a general hospital is 30 minutes away.

Please note that the property can arrange car rentals and schedule excursions to important Cretan sights, such as the archaeological site of Knossos. It is a 20-minute drive from the airport and only a 10-minute drive from the country's most prominent 18-hole golf course.

Très bon séjour
Pros:

Très joli hôtel avec de belles vues, une piscine Adulte Only et une piscine pour tout le monde, les deux chauffées. Personnel de la réception très gentil.

Pros:

We liked everything, weather, staff, location, food, spa, views. Very nice resort, chill area. Great rooms, especially the ones with private jacuzzi. Clean rooms, great breakfasts and dinner. Very helpful staff and welcoming. 20 minutes from the airport with taxi.

Cons:

Unfortunately in our last day the jacuzzi got broke. Fortunately the team was very good in solving the issue in a couple of hours and the situation was solved very fast and professional. 👌

Pros:

Het personeel is erg vriendelijk. Vooral de Filipijnse jongens in het restaurant.

Cons:

De beschrijving op booking komt niet met de realiteit overeen. Er was geen sprake van een aparte slaapkamer. De badkamer was vreselijk klein. Geldt ook voor het balkon. In de jacuzi op ons balkon kon iedereen ons zien zitten. Zicht op zee klopt niet. Het zicht was op het restaurant. En achter het restaurant kun je nog iets van de zee zien. Het complex is zo vol gebouwd dat dit ten koste gaat van de privacy.

Very pleasant stay overall. Clean and comfortable room, friendly staff, and a nice relaxed atmosphere around the pool. Breakfast was also good.
WiFi could be a bit more stable in some areas, but nothing major. Would stay again and longer

Pros:

Le personnel est vraiment au top et aux petits soins. On a eu un soucis avec notre chambre au bout de 3 jours de séjour. Ils nous ont surclassé pour le reste du séjour. Les piscines privées chauffées.

Cons:

Nous avions réservé la chambre premium avec piscine privée. Nous avions une piscine coincée entre les bâtiments, ce n’est clairement pas aussi confortable que d’avoir celle avec une grande terrasse alors qu’elles sont affichées au même prix. La proximité entre les chambres, même si tout est pensé pour avoir de l’intimité, je pense qu’en haute saison ca doit être difficile.

Les équipements sont parfaitement conformes aux descriptifs et d'une propreté impeccable.

Ένα τουριστικό θέρετρο .
Pros:

Ωράιο πρωινό με τα κλασικά που αρέσουν στους τουρίστες . Τα ίδια κάθε μέρα χωρίς εναλλαγες . Καμία αναφορά στην κρητική κουζίνα πχ καλιτσούνια η πιτες κάτι που θα περίμενα απο θερετρο στην Κρήτη με τόσα αγνά προιόντα και ιδιάιτερες κρητικές γευσεις .

Cons:

Δεν υπήρχε χώρος στάθμευσης αρκετά αρνητικό για τετοιο θέρετρο . Η διαταξη του δωματίου ηταν λίγο παραξενη , κάπως σαν διαδρομος στην αρχή το υπνοδωμάτιο μετά το μπάνιο στο τελος το σαλόνι . Μπροστά στην τηλεόραση κρεμόταν φωτιστικό με λανθασμένη τοποθετηση που δεν επετρεπε να δεις σωστά . Καμία πρόβλεψη για έλληνες επισκέπτες μια που το βράδυ της ανάστασης , μετά την αναστάσιμη ακολουθία δεν υπήρχε δυνατότητα γευματος παρα μονο το κλασσικό που αναφέρεται στους τουρίστες ως τις 10 μμ το βράδυ .

Very nice resort with good food and good facilities
Staff was very suportive and kind

Cons:

Room was a bit durty as was recently renivated and not all the corners were clean
Limited optiona for vegans for breakfast and dinner
AC did not work for our entire 5 nights stay, they tried to fix it but didnt work and instead bring us some blankets as we were here in April and it was cold during nights
SPA very small and massage poorly done

Personnel très agréable mais prestations pas suffisantes pour un 5 etoiles
Pros:

Personnel extrêmement serviable.
Grand choix de plats.
Chambres propres.
Piscine chauffée.

Cons:

Chambre très sombre, obligé d’allumer la lumière sinon on ne voyait rien.
Chambre sans VMC = obligé d’aérer tout le temps.
Pas de place sur le parking qui est minuscule ( j’avais choisi cet hôtel entre autre pour avoir une place = grosse déception / sinon c’était payant 5€/jour)
Eau minérale payante ( je pensais que c’était compris dans la demi-pension = 4.50€ la bouteille d’1 litre)
Rapport qualité prix trop élevée par rapport aux déceptions citées

Repas exceptionnel (buffet aux petits déjeuner et dîner)
Magnifique petit village ,vue superbe depuis l hôtel sur la mer. 2 piscines, beaucoup de transats. Bar dans l eau,salle de sport plein air.

Paradisiaque !!
Pros:

Nous sommes arrivés à l ouverture et lancement de la saison et juste apres une tempête de sable …. Pour autant c était parfait. Tous le personnels est d’une amabilité serviabilité sourire … vraiment très agréable
On c senti vraiment privilégié
La nourriture (on était en demi pension) était satisfaisante et variée - vraiment pas déçus
La chambre avec jacuzzi était incroyable
C un super établissement on y retournera avec plaisir
Bravo à toute l équipe et on leur souhaite une très belle saison

Hit and miss
Pros:

A little bit of a hit and miss. Opening of the season after a sandstorm, we understand that the facilities were not wow. Staff at the reception not yet trained, and every request took very long. We opted for an upsell, which we paid for upon arrival, for a suite with jacuzzi on the terrace. We paid upon arrival but were then informed that due to the weather the jacuzzi could not be used. It would have been correct not to take the payment for the upgrade. Jacuzzi could have been used after the 2nd day but as it was full of sand and not cleaned, we still could not use it.
Restaurant at breakfast was really good. Valet staff was nice as well as the restaurant staff.
