Kima Oia Suites

The staff were the most lovely! The location was perfect, super walkable to the centre of Oia but out of the way enough that you don't have to fight through crowds of people to get to your room. The facilities were beautiful, the rooms were spacious, so clean and gave that boutique feel that I don't think you can get anywhere else. Would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone and everyone!

The staff was beyond helpful and friendly! I loved the hotel, views, and the surrounding area. I would definitely stay here again! Apostolis at reception and Alex are the best!

I loved everything about the property. Staff was amazing. The receptionist was extremely helpful. He helped with all transpoetation needs and gave us useful recomendations. The hotel had amazing in room breakast. the gentleman who carry the luggage down and then up the stais was very kind and gave us excellent ae4vice. To sumarize it, kima oia suites was perfect.

Excellent location, front desk

We loved Kima boutique hotel. The room looked like it was specially designed to take advantage of the view. Everything was like new. The pool and outside loungers were perfect. Each day I started my day on the lounger enjoying my coffee and enjoying the breathtaking views. The staff were very friendly! Ponos was especially helpful explaining what to do and finding us great restaurants and booking dinners with sunset views. I can’t wait to return next summer!

Spectacular view and location!

We stayed there for 5 days. Amazing hotel in great location (although you need to go through many steps to get there, but this is relevant to all the best location hotels in Oia). The staff was amazing, especially Adriana who was really caring and helpful. This is a boutique hotel, so it was really quiet and peaceful

What an amazing positive experience at this special place. A room with a spectacular view. Private breakfast on your balcony with very fresh food. Highly recommended. Thank you to everyone at this property for making our stay extra ordinary.

Wow... all I can say is that we totally hit the jackpot staying in this hotel. And trust me, I spent weeks looking for the perfect place within our budget. There are so many options on the island! Kima Oia Suites checked every single box I could imagine. Private Jacuzzi, our own terrace with table, chairs and loungers, an amazing view of the caldera and a beautiful view of the white washed buildings to the left and right of the hotel. I spent so much time absorbing the view because I couldn't believe my eyes. Another wonderful service is breakfast being delivered to our room. We had fresh fruit, bread, bacon, orange juice, coffee and much more. This was another dream come true of mine. In addition to all this, we had daily room service, amenities, a POOL and consistent help and kindness from the staff. Another plus is having quietness and privacy. This is truly the best place to stay on the island. There are way too many people (tourists) by the blue domes and sunset area. This place gives you your own space and is very affordable for what you get. While on Google you may see "3 star hotel", everything here was nothing short of 5 stars. Thank you for everything and making our honeymoon very special!

Perfect small hotel with very kind staff. The cave room with the caldera view and hot tube was amazing. Right at the Oia entrance!

I honestly can not say enough great things about this hotel. We just left the island, snd I feel like we left a piece of our hearts there-and Kima was a big part of that. It felt like “home.”

The more we saw of the island, and other accommodations, the more we knew we picked the perfect hotel.

The size of the hotel is perfect! It’s small enough to make it feel like you have your own villa, but big enough to meet and talk with your neighbors.

It’s off of the pedestrian walkway, so no noisy traffic, but close enough to a drop/off/pick-up location for taxis and transport.

I need to make a point of talking about the location and the views. Most of the hotels we came across had great views, but one side was either blocked or out of view. Kima Suites is located so you have a 180 degree view of the ocean and other parts of the island.

Also, the staff here is absolutely amazing. They keep it impeccably clean, and they are so helpful and accommodating. It’s a well-oiled machine. You can feel that the staff loves their jobs, and it shows.

Lastly, our room was so gorgeous and spacious. Beds were big enough for me and my husband who is tall. The bathroom feels like a spa.

One more thing, the breakfast is included, and you can choose from 3 options. All options are delicious and healthy. They bring it right to your patio, so you can eat with an ocean view.

I could go on and on, but I think you’d better experience it for yourself.

We booked a last minute room here as our ferry didn't leave until late and we had checked out of our original hotel. The room was clean and staff were friendly. My only gripe with this property is that they wanted to charge us €60 for our laundry while our original hotel, which was 50m away charged us €20 (that too, AFTER we had already checked out).

Kima was exactly what I was expecting and hoping for. The customer service was amazing, and the stay was entirely peaceful. Breakfast service was wonderful, the pool is nice and quiet (and an amazing view!). Would definitely stay again, and thank you to the wonderful staff!

Too many steps to walk downstairs

Staff was incredible- Adriana, Aris and women cleaning rooms. Al they very professional, allways with smiling and everything was ready on time. Last morning Adriana arrange our trip to the airport, very comfortable to Us. It was great pleasure to stay in Kima Suites. I would recomend to anybody this spot. Wanderfull , Thank You. Comfortable hotel with a beautiful view. It is a few steps going up and down to the property but they have staff to help you with your luggage’s. Adriana at the front desk was very helpful and gave us great recommendations. She also helped coordinate transportation for us when we arrived and departed the island. I would recommend staying at this hotel if visiting Oia!
