Alles super, außer Beheizung war sehr schlecht!

Alles war ok, bis auf die Temperatur im Zimmer

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr schlecht beheizt, wir mussten mit 2 Zusatzdecken schlafen, so auch das Badezimmer, nach einer heißen Dusche mit drei Decken, ging es, schade, sonst wäre alle sehr fein gewesen!

Zum Schlafen und Essen reicht es, für Wellness nicht
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels in Mariazell ist hervorragend. Die Bedienung zu den Abendessen, insbesondere der ungarische Kellner Robert ist sehr angagiert. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und das Badezimmer aus sehr guten Materialien.

Cons:

Die zu reservierenden Parkplätze sind eine Katastrophe. In der ersten Nacht stand das Nachbarfahrzeug so weit in der Mitte, dass ich es beim benutzen der Stellplatzes zu geparkt habe, darauf wurde sich beschwert. Der neue Parkplatz wurde in der dritten Nacht durch ein anderes Fahrzeug benutzt. Die Beleuchtung am Parkplatz ist gleich Null, man läuft im Dunkeln und kann stolpern.
Die Sauna war dreckig, und der Poll eindeutig zu kalt.
Jede Äußerung zu diesen zuständen wurde zur Kenntnis genommen. mit dem Kommentar, wir geben es weiter.

Das Zimmer war eisig kalt, wir bekamen dann Zusatzdecken und einen Heizkörper. Am 2. Tag war es dann besser.
