A comfortable stay in an excellent central location, with exceptionally helpful staff.
Pros:

Excellent location in the center of a very pleasant small town, with attractive public spaces and plenty of restaurants and shops. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful and provided a very high level of service. Be sure to visit the nearby tourist office for ideas about things to see and do. Norrtälje has a great deal to offer, and we especially enjoyed the published walking routes. The beds were very comfortable, and the room had a large, modern TV.

Cons:

Our room was quite small, although it had a large wardrobe and two comfortable chairs. There was no air conditioning, and even on a cool summer day the room became a little warm. However, the provided fan worked well, and opening the window during the day helped. Overall, the room was comfortable enough.

Illalla ja yöllä runsaasti meteliä hotellin ulkopuolella. Äänet kantautuivat huoneeseen ja nukkuminen ei onnistunut.

Det var väldigt varmt i rummet och jag kan tycka att hotellet inte riktigt levde upp till priset för vad det kostade

Pros:

Er mysiga hotellmiljö, lugnt och fint, läget och den supergoda middagen vi åt hos er. Sen så hade vi ju tur med vädret också som så klart visade Norrtälje och ert hotell från den bästa sidan. Supermysig vistelse hos er!

Cons:

Vi hade det så bra hos er på alla sätt men er frukost var en besvikelse, speciellt det gryniga bleka röran som skulle ha varit äggröra, den gick inte att äta, den var katastrof. Däremot så åt vi en jättegod middag hos er som får högsta betyg, supergod Toast Skagen och magiskt god röding.

Perfekt ställe för en mysig utflykt mm.
