Fantastiska dagar vid havet och i gamla stan.Mycket vacker grön natur!
Underbart vatten, härliga frukter och mängder av restauranger och barer- med 28 gr på land och nästan lika mycket på land blev allt bara bättre. Men glöm inte badskor - för stränderna är fyllda med sten!

Hotel staff was really nice and also more personal because it´s a small hotel. However the room was quite old and didn´t look that clean either (except bathroom which was nice). Wifi didn´t work well in the room. There´s no real reception so I was quite confused when I arrived to the hotel and didn´t know where to go first. Breakfast was okay.

Lovely staff! One of the waiters went to buy some tea for me, because they didn’t have my favorite flavour at breakfast! The breakfast was good and the pizza we had for dinner was amazing. Loved the garden! Short walk to the beach, but still a quiet area from all the hustle and bustle. Highly recommended!

Отель находится в 15минутах ходьбы до моря, в тихом месте, большой оливковый сад, прекрасные завтраки, внимательный управляющий Бранко, каждодневная смена полотенец, обед и ужин тоже можно заказывать в этом же отеле, у них ресторан, рядом находятся рестораны кужина и кангаро, куда стоит ходить. Магазины рядом.

Loved the place and staff. It was the friendliest place I've been to. Beach 400 meters, views unbelievable. Had Breakfast and dinner there, home cooking can't beat it. Budva is a great city. Keep it up all and thanks again for a wonderful stay

Sistemazione gradevole anche se siamo arrivati a fine stagione. Proprietario gentile e premuroso che ci ha dato la possibilità di cenare nel ristorante dell'hotel anche se siamo arrivati molto tardi.

Fantastic value for money and in a great location just a short 10-15 min walk to the beach and restaurants so it’s very quiet at night. The breakfast is fantastic with lots of options and lovely coffee. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We have a great 1night stay here.

Patron très sympathique qui nous a bien accueilli. Parking gratuit. Hôtel avec un beau jardin et petit déjeuner copieux. Bon emplacement proche de tout.

Very warm welcome by the owner. Free welcome drinks. Good location. The bathroom was not cleaned well enough. A/C was working properly. A nice food in the restaurant. The sheet was old and the was nothing between sheet and bad.

Vi hadde et meget bra opphold på Hotel Olivia i Budva. Meget gjestfri og oppmerksom eier og betjening. Stille og rolig beliggenhet og ca 1 km til Gamlebyen. Hotellet hadde en meget hyggelig og sjarmerende bakhage. Hotellet kan anbefales på det sterkeste👍😎

It’s a nice little hotel with a very friendly and service minded personnel. The hotel is located 5-10 minutes walk from the beach and you will not be disturbed from all that noice. Very good breakfast and dinner to a reasonable price and to enjoy in a very nice little garden.

Really enjoyed the stay here. The hotel is set back from the beach, in a central location. You can walk everywhere of interest.

The welcome was warm and efficient, and just what was needed after the journey. The manager spoke excellent English.

Parking was possible although cramped so best not for a large car.

Room was comfortable, good shower and bed. Wifi reasonable.

Included breakfast was buffet style and excellent.

Vi stannade en natt pga , vi var på genom resa . Ett trevlig hotell, parkerade mc’n i hotellets garage, det fanns några mini market + restauranger intill hotellet.
Hotellägaren var mycket trevlig, samt personalen .

Wir hatten nur einen Kurzaufenthalt. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, Service immer hervorragend. Der Besitzer spricht auch Deutsch und kümmerte sich sofort um alles, während wir erst einmal den tollen Hotelgarten bei einem Getränk genießen konnten. Selbst die Koffer wurden auf das Zimmer getragen. Der Parkplatz liegt dem Hotel gegenüber auf der anderen Straßenseite unter dem Weintraubengarten. Während des Aufenthalts war man stets aufmerksam und kümmerte sich sofort.

We stayed here for three nights and we really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Oliva. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the owner is kind and gave us a lot of good advice for our trip! If we ever return to Budva we would definitely book this hotel again!

Hotel Oliva is the perfect place. The hotel was spotless. Every day our room was serviced and fresh towels and linen. Staff and owner Branco were very friendly and accommodating. We extended our stay from 3 nights to 6 nights without issue. The room was spacious and had a lovely balcony. The location is perfect and only 15ish minutes walk to the beaches and main attractions. Would highly recommend Hotel Oliva. Excellent value for money! Will return for sure!
