Value for money and good locstion but be prepared for lack of reception and facilities
Pros:

Location was great, staff accommodating on arrival and value for money

Cons:

The hotel reception, facilities restaurant and bar all closed at 4pm

Pros:

Great staff, who speak very good English. The position on the town hall square is perfect.

Cons:

There could have been some better muesli or granola for breakfast. And hot milk with the breakfast coffee would be great.

Liberec for a couple of nights
Pros:

Nice sized room with all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. Location excellent. Staff were very helpful .

Cons:

Only criticism would be the lack of a mattress topper on the bed. That would have added to the comfort that many hotels now use.

Pros:

Location is excellent the very center of the city. you can easily reach to the shopping malls, restaurants, banks etc.
Restaurant;I did not have breakfast during my stay but I can say that the restaurant was satisfactory. Good food for good price.
Parking is easy: you can park on the street or parking lot behind the hotel.
Cleaning was always done in a good way as long as I requested.
Last word for the people. All of them were amazing. They are smiling, friendly and supportive during my long stay.

V zásadě ubytování splňovalo slušný standard.
Pros:

Ubytování je slušný standard, pokoj čistý, rozkládací pohovka už byla připravena na spaní. Snídaně zcela vyhovovala a byla dobrá.

Cons:

V pokoji č. 21 byl, díky zadní straně stolu, velmi špatný přístup k zásuvce na rychlovarnou konvici.
Je škoda, že v těsné blízkosti hotelu se vyskytovala denně skupina problematických osob.
Jinak vše v pořádku.

Pros:

Do hotela sa vraciame pravidelne už pár rokov, vždy sme veľmi spokojní.
Personál je veľmi ochotný a príjemný, izby sú krásne, pohodlné a čisté, vždy všetko v úplnom poriadku.
Poloha vynikajúca :)

Pros:

Very comfortable and spacious room. I especially liked the decor and furniture which had a lot of personality. Staff was friendly and helpful. Well located and a fair price. We would certainly stay again.

Cons:

It was a bit noisy at night on a weekend from a nearby hookah bar, but this was not a major issue once the windows were closed and I turned on the fan.
