Toll geführtes und hochwertig eingerichtetes Hotel in dem keine Wünsche offenbleiben
Pros:

Tolles Freizeitangebot für alle Altersgruppen. Besonderes Augenmerk auch auf Kinder. Hier wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Außerordentlich aufmerksame und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Sehr gutes Frühstück und Abendessen in schönem Ambiente. Hochwertige Räumlichkeiten und super Wellnessbereich.

Cons:

Je nach Wetterlage frühmorgens schon Frühstücksduft im Zimmer auf Küchenseite.

Erholsamer Urlaub für Mensch und Hund in wunderschöner Umgebung mit bestem Essen und Trinken
Pros:

Da Personal war durchweg unglaublich freundlich!
Das Frühstück und auch Abendessen waren sehr gut! Viele Bioprodukte!
Wir sind mit unserem großen Hund angereist und es stellte kein Problem dar diesen überall mitzunehmen!
Auch die Lage ist, sowohl für Wanderungen als auch einen Bummel ins Örtchen daher gut!
Wir waren rundum zufrieden!

Dobrá poloha, ne příliš měkká postel. Sauny, zázemí u bazénů.

An unforgettable stay!
Pros:

One of the best hotels we have been to as a family. It had all the facilities, perfect for families with young children. The view of our room was simply breathtaking. Breakfast was amazing, staff were all nice and pleasant. I would highly recommend this place. The area, Grossarl, was also very beautiful.

Great stay, especially with kids.
Pros:

Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Great facilities for kids, the pools, outside and inside play areas were superb! Breakfast was good, we didn’t go for the half board and preferred to change locations for dinner each evening. Over all we really enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

When we arrived we were given room 123 with terrace, however they have some building work ongoing and the terrace view was obscured by scaffolding, and was dusty and dirty. We were woken by workers before 7am, banging and running down and up having a clear view to our room. In my opinion this room should not be given to guests. We asked reception and they did change our room, however, would be better to not to have this experience from the start. Also, it was extremely hot at night, we did ask for a fan as I read in older reviews they provided them but was told that they didn’t have any.

As for breakfast, the buffet was great if you came super early but unfortunately it was not refilled though the morning, you had to find staff and ask them specifically for what was missing and wait. They didn’t do it automatically what in other hotels is a standard. It should not be the case that if you come later that you have half empty plates. But as mentioned, staff was helpful so they tried to help with everything we asked.
