Lage ist super, Personal sehr freundlich

Cons:

Das Essen war nicht so gut wie erwartet. Aufstriche wie Hummus beim Frühstück mit braunen Rändern- unappetitlich. Gemüse für Saftpresse schaut ungewaschen aus, Vogerlsalat war sandig, im Mund hatte man ein Malwerk…,

Wunderbar, speziell zum Schifahren/Snowboarden sehr zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Nach einem technischen Gebrechen (Kaltes Wasser in der Dusche) war die Rezeptionistin sehr bemüht, das Problem zu lösen und ist uns durch ein Zimmerupgrade sehr entgegengekommen.

Cons:

Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr groß und verwinkelt, was zu relativ langen Wegen führt. Kein riesiges Problem, aber dennoch erwähnenswert.
Die Zufahrt zur und vor allem Ausfahrt von der Rezeption sind sehr eng, und mit großen Autos etwas gefinkelt.

Cons:

Dass die Kinder oft im Wellnessbereich der Erwachsenen rumspringen. Aber laut Personal wird da bald bei gebaut und dann soll das Thema anders werden..
wir hatten über Booking gebucht und leider nur mit Frühstück. Es auf Halbpension aufzubuchen war dann nicht möglich (uns wurde am Empfang sehr deutlich gesagt, dass es über Booking günstiger ist und wir dann quasi nicht erwarten sollten, dass sie uns jetzt entgegenkommen ... )
Wir konnten dann a la carte essen, was aber sehr teuer wurde auf Dauer. Daher unbedingt gleich mit Halbpension buchen.

Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt war traumhaft entspannend! Das Spa ist sehr sauber und komfortabel! Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet.
Personal sehr zuvorkommend!

Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen :)

Cons:

Es werden keine Badeschuhe zur Verfügung gestellt - finden dies total ok, jedoch sollte dies etwas besser vorab kommuniziert werden. So muss man keine im Hotelshop erwerben, sondern kann diese mitbringen.

Die Pölster waren für uns zu flach und zu wenig.

Bohaté velmi chutné snídaně, krásný čistý hotel i pokoje. Příjemný hotelový bar s živou hudbou. Fantastický saunový svět. Velmi blízko k lanovce.

Zadovoljan sa boravkom i posjetom. Sadržaje u smještaju bih bolje iskoristio u ljetnim mjesecima :)
Pros:

Bogat doručak., bilo bi dobro da je od 7.00

Cons:

Radno vrijeme welnessa je do 20h. Ukoliko se zadržite na stazi nakon skijanja na piću, nemate baš puno vremena za iskoristiti spa. Do 21h bi bilo korektnije.

Great location and wellness
Pros:

Second time we came and we knew what to expect. Very good wellness and spacious room, ski lift is next to hotel. Waiters are very nice , especially Hungarians , Croatians and a guy from Texas. All super nice and helpful.

Cons:

As I remembered last time food wasn’t any special and same at this time, it’s not bad but nothing special. We got used to getting better food in Tirol for the same price.

Excellent location, great spa, some room for improvement
Pros:

We stayed here for a ski holiday and overall had a very good experience. The location is excellent with direct access to the slopes, which made the days on skis easy and enjoyable. After skiing, the spa area was a real highlight – well maintained, relaxing and exactly what you want at the end of the day.

The food was another strong point. Breakfast and dinner were consistently good, with plenty of choice and high quality. Service in the restaurant was very friendly, and some staff really made an effort to create a personal and welcoming atmosphere.

There were a couple of downsides. Check-in was unfortunately slow and confusing, and we ended up waiting longer than promised for our room. Also, in the evenings the bar area felt less relaxing than expected, as children were playing there, which took away from the atmosphere we were hoping for.

That said, the overall standard of the hotel is high, the staff (apart from the check-in situation) were professional and kind, and the combination of skiing, spa and good food worked very well for us. We left feeling relaxed and would consider returning in the future.
