Funcionários atenciosos, boa localização- 800m do lift, com transfer pro lift, quarto limpo, preços de alimentação e bebidas razoáveis, restaurante com vista belíssima, café da manhã ok, nem fantástico nem ruim.

Cons:

Quarto pequeno, no último dia a água do banho estava morna para fria.

One of our best family holidays.. we all loved it.

Clean, friendly and the food was exceptional

Cons:

A short drive 5mins to the slopes but the hotel mini bus was convenient. The minibus driver also helped us dig out our car when we got snowed in ;)

Friendly staff.
Ski shuttle to Soldeu and back. Comfortable beds. White clean fluffy towels.
Various breakfast, but the desert in the evening was better than the morning coockies... they don't follow general diet rules and it's hard to skip eating a good desert during the dinner....

Cons:

The VIEW in NOWHERE (we've received a room with the window directly into the wall) :(
The booking didn't specify abput this explicitly. On a mountain resort with no view ... that's unforgettable to miss when rate the property... even they excelled on everything else.
The SAUNA is not covered by the room price. It, is included in the total SPA ACCESS, even for those who just want 15 minutes of sauna and a cold shower after it.
The BATH VENTILATION doesn't work.
You don't have where to dry your gloves after skiing, the radiators are not connected.

Habitaciones y cómodas, calentitas.
Desayuno tipo buffet completo y muy rico.
El spa está bastante bien para relajarte después del día de esquí.
El personal muy amable.
Perfecto que tenga servicio de transporte gratis a Soldeu.

Cons:

Nuestra ducha estaba rota y la alcachofa se caía.
El parking es estrecho, así que si tienes un coche amplio, no entrará.
En cuanto a la ubicación, no está en Soldeu y se necesita coche para desplazarse al pueblo de Soldeu.

Затишний готель із приємним вайбом. Щовечора перед вечерею були різні розваги - жива музика, фокусник і тд.

Cons:

Дууууже незручний заїзд у паркінг навіть для невеликих автомобілів. І лише 1 зарядний пристрій, і той повільний.

Room lottery.
Pros:

The staff are fantastic. Our problem was a room below the main kitchen, noisy and non stop ventilator at night, It's a nice hotel, well placed and the ski shuttle is a big plus. Its our second trip and bad luck with the room aside, I can recommend for It's warm welcome decent buffet and location.
