EL SPA ESTA GENIAL

Cons:

LO UNICO QUE NO ME GUSTO ES QUE DEBERIAN AVISAR QUE ALGUNAS HABITACIONES CONFORT DAN A UNA PARED DE MADERA, NO LO SEÑALAN EN NINGUN SITIO. A NOSOTROS NOS TOCO PERO FUERON MUY AMABLES Y NOS LA CAMBIARON.

Pros:

El hotel en general está bien y el personal es amable y la cama cómoda.
El desayuno es normal, el Spa no está incluido en el precio (12 euros) y el parking 20 el dia, y yoga ponia que hacian pero justo ese dia no estaba la profesora.
En general esta bien pero es un hotel un poco antiguo

Pros:

La habitación familiar muy cómoda, confortable, limpia, desayuno y cena con variedad. Una buena experiencia, 100% recomendable

Cons:

Nos gustó todo, por decir algo un parquing con capacidad para coches grandes porqué el nuestro no cabía y tuvimos que aparcar en la calle

Generally a great value hotel with nice facilities and friendly staff, just a little disappointed with the surprise bill

Nice staff, nice appearance inside and out, good food, good free bus facilities to the gondola station. Good value.

Cons:

The location could be better, as it’s quite a walk to the gondola station and centre of the resort, but we didn’t really mind that. My only criticism is that when we booked in we were told to ask reception staff for the key if we wanted to use the Spa, no mention of cost or money. 2 days later we asked reception staff for the key for the Spa out of curiosity to take a look at it, and stayed for about half an hour. Again no mention of cost or money, but when we checked out there was a €24 bill for use of the Spa. Had we known we would not have used it.

Fui ilusionada para probar un nuevo hotel en Soldeu . Parecía todo correcto

Cons:

Hasta que me deje una bolsa regalo en la habitación y al llamar me dijeron que no la tenían. Estando 100% segura que me la dejé es una decepción no poder recuperarla . No me da la confianza ni para recomendarlo ni para volver a un sitio donde haya tenido esta incidencia . La bolsa contenía regalos de perfumería compradas esa misma tarde en Andorra
