Desayuno abundante y de buena calidad. Variable. Estilo americano. Muy bueno
Su cercanía al aeropuerto y el traslado al mismo , personal muy amable en recepción , restaurante y chofer de traslado al aeropuerto
Muy fríos los ambientes .. fuimos a cenar al restaurante y realmente pasamos frío .No hay frazadas extras en la habitación y se extraña

Que el hidromasaje tenia un horario casi inaccesible de 16 a 18 por lo que no puede hacer uso completo de las actividades

Mala la atención en recepción del Sr Ivan!
Mala o pésima la atención del restaurante a la noche . Pedimos un lomito, tortilla de papas y provoleta y vino incendiada tanto q no pudimos comer ninguna de las dos cosas. La camarera muy amable precio llevar los dos platos para mostrárselos al “chef” y no volvió más . Nos ofrecieron un helado q vino cristalizado también incomible. Pero lo más indignante q nos cobraron todo en la cuenta a pesar q estaba incomible, que se llevaron los platos y no los reemplazaron pero los cobraron ! Una vergüenza por no decir una estafa! La Srta q dijo ser la encargada una Sra morocha bajita del turno noche muy maleducada !!!! Cero roce y cero capacitada en cómo atender al cliente ! Acá no volvemos más ! Por supuesto y recomiendo ahorrarse esta mala experiencia! C tanta oferta este es para tachar de la lista
