It was out of season for hotel. It looked closed and unkempt. They reuse the key card folders. No lift from 1st floor to our room on 3rd floor. Told no catering in the evening yet they were seen to host a group of Italian guests when we returned from our evening meal at the hotel next door. Our room had curtains that were torn and blinds that didn’t work. The quilt did not cover the super king sized bed. The room felt damp and there was no heating. Mini bar was empty. The hair dryer did not work. Breakfast was from 8am. We entered the dining room at 8.05 to find it full of the Italian guests. I asked for yogurt and was told no more as it had been filled three times! I asked for jam as no jam left - I did get some. No fruit - all gone and coffee machine broken. Table linen dirty and stained.
Very nice inside, kids were so excited. Breakfast was really good.
The rooms we were given were different than on the pictures when we booked the hotel.
Struttura molto carina, camera spaziosa, pulita, molto in tema con il nome, staff disponibile, terrazzi panoramici, parcheggio ampio, facile da raggiungere.

-aparatura,alimentare tv ,stecher scos din priza si.lasat sub pat (alimentarea se facea prin pat de cablu aparent ) de aceia am vazut ce este sub pat.
aparatul de cafea ,a trebuit sa il mut la alta priza ,nu avea priza langa .
wifi,lipsa in camera ,cu toate ca receptionerul a resetat routerul ,la ganga router este in camera nu ,testat cu 4 telefoane .
-mobilier,dulap fixat in fata geamurilor ,usa centrala cu oglinda sarita de la loc
placaj spate desfacut total.
-mic dejun,nu santem pretentiosi,dar stim sa deosebim un carnat proaspat cu unul alterat ,chiar daca a fost prajit .
in concluzie : momentan nu as recomanda la nimeni,iar 4 stele ma rog poate la receptia hotelului a primit ,acuma doar doua .
Daca am spus ceva gresit rog administratorul sa vina cu argumente ,sau trimit eu poze .

Niewiele. Obiekt jest piękny, ale zaniedbany, opuszczony. Byliśmy jedynymi gośćmi w hotelu! Obsługa o 20 wyszła do domu. Zostaliśmy zupełnie sami w ogromnym, starym budynku. Na korytarzach było ciemno, wręcz czarno. Bardzo baliśmy się spać. Drzwi się zacinały, wszystko skrzypiało. Żałujemy bardzo. A szkoda, bo miejsce ma ogromny potencjał
Obiekt jest piękny, ale zaniedbany, opuszczony. Byliśmy jedynymi gośćmi w hotelu! Obsługa o 20 wyszła do domu. Zostaliśmy zupełnie sami w ogromnym, starym budynku. Na korytarzach było ciemno, wręcz czarno. Bardzo baliśmy się spać. Drzwi się zacinały, wszystko skrzypiało. Żałujemy bardzo.
De kamer zelf was schoon, valt weinig van te zeggen. Verder was de sfeer zo stoffig en naargeestig dat het heel makkelijk was om vroeg op te staan en zonder ontbijt de lange thuisreis te starten. Overheersende emotie: wegwezen hier!
Alles: locatie, inrichting, personeel (was dat er?), restaurant leek "onder constructie", totale vergane glorie. Erg jammer, want het gebouw biedt zeker mogelijkheden voor een mooi authentiek Dracula hotel.
The breakfast was disappointing. The sausages were cold, and the omelette and eggs were also lukewarm because they were being kept warm with some tiny candles that simply did not do the job. It was basically the same food every day, making the breakfast very monotonous and underwhelming. There was only white bread and virtually no real choice. I would also like to point out that this is supposed to be a 4-star hotel, so I expected a much better standard and variety.
What I did not like about the hotel was mainly the overall cleanliness and the impression that many things were unfinished or poorly executed. The windows were dirty and clearly had not been cleaned for some time. We even found someone else’s sock next to the bed. There was dust in the room, the TV was mounted crookedly, and overall everything gave the impression of being not properly cleaned, poorly fitted, or simply unfinished.
The concept and design of the castle-themed hotel are actually a great idea — I would rate the idea itself 10/10. However, the execution is 0/10. There seems to be a big gap between the concept and the actual standard of maintenance and finishing.
There was also a strange additional charge of 100 RON for late check-in. Although it was ultimately not charged, we were repeatedly told that we should have paid it, which was quite uncomfortable and unnecessary.
To be fair, the staff were generally nice and friendly, which is definitely a positive point.
Hotel looked nice and breakfast was good. Room was not nice at all, no AC and no ventilation, we had to pay extra to change room as they could not ventilate our room.
