Great breakfast. Good parking
Beautiful property very clean and close to shops and restaurants. The staff were lovely.
Was very warm.
Lovely clean, room friendly staff. Hotel location in nice area about a mile walk into Chester. Would definitely recommend 👍👍
Lovely being in a chalet and breakfasts were excellent
Lovely breakfast and comfortable bed.
We stayed for 3 nights, paying full price each night, and the room was not serviced properly on any day. In fact, halfway through our stay, we had to ask for towels and toilet pape as the room had not been serviced at all! Although the staff were apologetic, we wondered if this was a cost saving measure as it happened more than once...very disappointing for an otherwise lovely stay in Chester.

Fourth stay here and no complaints. Refurb happening but doesn't interfere with stay. Love it here
Coffee wasn't great, used to get cafitiere but seems like instant coffee now. Please change back 🤞🏻
Safe place to keep my bicycle
Great location for both city and Chester zoo,
Near local restaurants and bars.
Comfortable spacious room in the annex, very clean and equipped with a fridge and microwave. Excellent helpful friendly staff.
We could not fault this hotel for a couple of nights in Chester.
Nothing
I stayed for one night as a solo person, I got given room number 4 which whilst small was cosy and clean and had a lot of amenities I don’t normally see in other hotel rooms. Microwaves mini fridges are usually something you have to pay hand over fist for.
The staff I encountered when I checked in were amazing and funny and I felt instantly at ease when checking in and checking out
Very good breakfast. Polite and attentive staff
Very good.
Nothing.
Excellent stay. The 4 of us all enjoyed our stay. Would definitely return.
It's Dave by the way NOT Julie. ☺️
Spotlessly clean. Staff very welcoming.
We liked everything
The room was perfect for me and my family. Nice and clean
Nothing. Perfect
