Am rezervat cu un an înainte o cameră dublă standard și am plătit în avans, iar când am ajuns la locație ni s-a dat o camera dublă la mansardă și ni s-a spus că aceasta este camera noastră. Asta a însemnat o cameră mai mică decât cea plătită, cu un pat mai mic, că cel suplimentar era inutil, doar doi soți erau cazați și cel mai neplăcut, se afla la etajul 3 în condițiile în care bagajele le cari pe scări, că hotelul nu are lift.
