Skvělý klasický hotel se skutečnými lidmi na recepci a v kuchyni | Žádná AI
Pros:

Naprosto skvělá paní Lucie a také paní Lenka na recepci. Obě dámy jsou velice vstřícné a poskytují nadstandardní servis. Stejně tak i dámy, které připravují snídaně a zajišťují provoz v kuchyni.

Cons:

Přístupový kód, pokud ho máme vnímat jako doplňkový bezpečnostní nástroj, který nahrazuje klíč od domu a od pokoje, je dobrá volba. Nicméně forma, jakou jsme kód obdrželi, není profesionální a neodpovídá standardům, které hotel poskytuje. Byli jsme nemile zaskočeni vyhrocenou formou emailového sdělení, charakterově odpovídající spíše levnému hostelu, který nutí k nepříliš srozumitelné registraci výměnou za kód. Měli jsme značné obavy, jaká bude úroveň služeb. Komunikace vytvářela dojem, že v hotelu není žádná recepce s živým člověkem, a tudíž že ani nebude, kde žádat pomoc nebo informace. Předpokládali jsme, že je to naše poslední návštěva v hotelu, který zřejmě upadá. Naštěstí se ukázalo, že v hotelu stále funguje klasická recepce a zde skvělá paní Lucie a také paní Lenka. Zachránily situaci a rozptýlily naše obavy.

Pros:

Skvělá byla paní recepční, se vším nám poradila, vše nám vysvětlila, dala nám typy na restaurace. Paní Lucie byla srdcem celého hotelu.

Cons:

Nelíbí se mi, že se hotel prezentuje jako samoobslužný. Myslím si, že je výhoda, když je kvalitní recepční.

Im großen und ganzen war der Aufenthalt ok.
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sauber, das Personal war freundlich. Besonders toll war die Dame im Wellnessbereich. Ganz große Klasse!! Ich habe noch nix besseres erlebt.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war einfach, aber jeder konnte sich satt essen. Was wirklich schlimm war, war der Kaffee und die Kaffeemaschine!! Hier müsste wirklich mehr Sorgfalt auf die Pflege der Maschine gelegt werden.
Schade, da konnte der Tag gar nicht entspannt beginnen.

Velice jsme byli spokojeni s oběma recepčnimi, hlavně s paní Lucií. Která nám vždy dobře poradila co zajímavého v Mar.Laznich a okolí máme navštívit. Velké poděkování recepční p. Lucií patří za odvoz na pohotovost do místní nemocnice.

Cons:

Chyběla nám hotelová restaurace, která nebyla v provozu.
