Pros:

Vynikající snídaně formou švédských stolů, moc nám tu chutnalo. Škoda, že hotel nenabízí pro hotelové hosty i večeře, uvítali bychom je také. Parkování přímo v hotelu (za poplatek) v podzemní garáži (je to trochu adrenalin, méně zkušení řidiči budou mít celkem problém, i pro vyježděné je to docela oříšek), ale garáž je jinak přístupná přímo z pokoje výtahem, což je paráda. Vybavení čisté, pohodlné, lokalita klidná. Byl jsem mile překvapený.

Schöne Residence mit Ambiente zum Wohlfühlen
Pros:

Das Frühstück ist gut, von allem etwas da und da das Hotel nicht so groß ist, kann man hier in ruhiger Atmosphäre entspannt frühstücken. Die Lage ist hervorragend, kurzer Weg in die Stadt, aber auch nur 5 Minuten bis zum Wald. Eine sehr gute Wahl mit Hund.

Udany pobyt. Parę minut spacerem do centrum uzdrowiska.
Pros:

Ładnie urządzony apartament. Bezkluczykowy dostęp. Życzliwa i pomocna pani na recepcji. Recepcja nie jest całodobowa, więc jeśli ktoś przyjedzie późno w nocy, to bez problemu dostanie się do garażu, do hotelu i pokoju. Tylko trzeba pamiętać o kodzie.

Cons:

Nie było to bardzo ważne, ale pro memoria wspomnę, że pokój sypialny z balkonem był od podwórka.

Snídaně byla vynikající, jen prostor byl malý pro plně obsazený penzion - museli jsme 15 min čekat na uvolnění stolu. personál byl velice vstřícný a ochotný.

Cons:

V koupelně nefongovaly zásuvky a fén, u postele nebyly v dosahu zásuvky - na nabíjení by to chtělo prodlužovačku a musela jsem vyndat lampičku, abych mohla nabíjet mobil.

Günstiges Apartmenthotel in Toplage.
Pros:

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals, die hervorragende Lage, ruhig und doch zentral, das reichhaltige Frühstück (mit Rohkost und frischem Obst), die gute Ausstattung des Apartments, der günstige Preis. Das Bett war komfortabel, aber nicht zu weich.

Cons:

Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind etwas eingeschränkt, die Heizung im Apartment ließ sich nicht wirklich gut regulieren (zu kalt war es aber nicht).

V Mariánských Lázních jsme byli několikrát. Tentokrát jsme si rezervovali pokoj v Boutique Hotelu Romanza. Na recepci nás přivítala paní Lenka, milá a přátelská žena, která mluvila čtyřmi jazyky. Ukázala nám náš pokoj, vysvětlila nám kódy u dveří a poskytla nám informace o všech našich dotazech. Pokoj byl velmi pěkný a pohodlný, s příjemným interiérem. Měl prostorný obývací pokoj a ložnici, kuchyň se základním vybavením a koupelnu se sprchou a bidetem. Byli jsme velmi spokojeni se službami a ubytováním. Děkujeme.

Na ja es ging. Hab schon meine Meinung kund getan. Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit also online einchecken kann ich niemand empfehlen vll junge Menschen. Unterwegs einen Code erhalten falls kein Personal da wäre. Aus Kostengründen wird eingespart. So haben wir es empfunden. Auch Frühstück es war alles da aber sehr spartanisch.

Brauchte man Hilfe und es war jemand an Rezeption wurde uns immer geholfen .glatte 10 Punkte.❗❗

Cons:

Was uns nicht gefallen hat , ist mit booking com telefonisch in Verbindung zu kommen und wenn dann über London mit ner Rechnung von 96 Euro.
Der Herr Ahmet wo mit mir sprach war sehr sehr bemüht mir zu helfen. Weil ich im Hotel niemand telefonisch erreichte.
Wirklich mehr als sehr gut muss man diesem Personal geben. Problem. War dann in 20 min gelöst aber die Rechnung dementsprechend. 😕😕😕

Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder - ein edles, sehr ansprechendes Hotel.
Pros:

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes, großes Familienzimmer (2 sep. Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer) mit Balkon.
Die Innenausstattung des Hotels ist sehr nobel und ansprechend.
Alles war sehr sauber und das Personal freundlich.
Lenka an der Rezeption hat uns herzlich empfangen und auch am letzten Tag nett verabschiedet.
Das Frühstück war vom Angebot umfangreich und lecker.

Cons:

Nichts was für uns ins Gewicht fällt.
