Pros:

Ein gut gepflegtes Hotel etwas seitlich von der Zentralstraße. Trotzdem ist die Kolonnade sehr nah und fußläufig erreichbar.

Perfektní místo pro klidný relax
Pros:

Hotel se nachází v klidné ulici v blízkosti kolonády. Naše studio bylo krásně zařízené, prostorné, postel obrovská a velmi pohodlná. Využili jsme i wellness balíček. Paní masérka byla velmi milá a profesionální, stejně tak i obě paní recepční a ostatní personál hotelu. Vynikající snídaně.

Lokalita, snídaně.

Cons:

Čistota v pokoji (prach, drobky, chlupy ve vaně a v koupelně), celý den hrající hudba na chodbě, tenounké zdi, takže je slyšet vše ze všech stran, 2 rozlézající se matrace na manželské posteli.

Können wir nur weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Bei der Anreise wurden wir auf das herzlichste von Frau Lucie begrüßt. Diese gab uns den Zimmer Code für Haustür, Zimmer und Parkhaus welchen wir aber auch 2 Stunden vor der Anreise schon per Mail bekommen hatten. Für nicht so technikbegeisterte Gäste hat Frau Lucie das Türschloss und den Schlüsselcode sehr ausführlich erklärt. Sie kümmerte sich sehr nett um einen Parkplatz für uns in der Garage und gab uns hervorragende Tips für Restaurants und andere Aktivitäten in Marienbad. Alles in einem sehr guten Deutsch und sehr lieb. Man fühlt sich sofort sehr gut aufgehoben, wenn man so empfangen wird. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und ausreichend. Kein Mega Buffet , aber von allem etwas vorhanden. Auch hier waren alle sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war wie in der Beschreibung und auch sauber. Bei Gelegenheit kommen wir gerne wieder.

Cons:

Garage sehr wenige Plätze und sehr eng. Mit größeren Autos muss man gut rangieren können. Aber dies sind wohl „ First world Problems“ 😉

In dem Restaurant kann man leider nur frühstücken.

Прекрасные апартаменты, в кухне есть все необходимое. Замечательные женщины работают на ресепшене : Люсия и Ленка. Огромное им спасибо!

Cons:

Новшество с кодами очень напрягает. Все время думаешь, откроется дверь или нет. Тем более, что был при нас такой инцидент… ресепшен работает только до 16:00-это неудобно

Die Lage der Unterkunft war top. Das Personal sehr nett und die Wohnung für uns ausreichend eingerichtet mit einem schönen großen Balkon.

Cons:

Mit drei Erwachsenen fanden wir es etwas schlecht, dass die Toilette mit im Bad war und nicht wie üblich getrennt. Aber das war wirklich das Einzige was uns etwas gestört hat.

Vor allem die Lage ist super. Man ist in 10 Minuten an der Fontäne und nicht weit oberhalb des Hotels sind Grünanlagen, wo man gut mit den Hunden Gassi gehen kann. Das Personal, vor allem am Empfang, Lena, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Habe außerdem die beste Massage meines Lebens bekommen. Wir hatten außerdem Glück und hatten ein Appartement mit sehr großer Terasse.

Cons:

Das Apartment ist großzügig, für mich persönlich etwas dunkel, vor allem das kleine Schlafzimmer. Sonst war alles gut.
