I paid in full when I booked on line ,
When i was cheking again asked me to pay full fee
at reception desk , so i paid,
Now i have returned to my country and my bank confirmed that the payments through my card has been sent.
Please help me to get back my money ,
Because hotel has taken twice

Pros:

Pros: Breakfast was one of the best in my trip to Russia. Good location. Close to Metro and shopping malls. There are great food stalls in the shopping mall one block behind the hotel.
Cons: Very weak wifi. You need to pay extra if you want faster speed. Bottled water only supplied on the first day of my three-day stay.

Pros:

Favorite place to stay in Moscow. Right next to a Metro station, extremely clean rooms, really cosy soft beds, all the necessary enmities in the room. The nicest staff, very friendly and helpful. Stayed here many times in the past and will always return.

Comfortable hotel near night clubs
Pros:

The hotel is modern, in good condition and working wi-fi. The breakfast buffet was good as well. The only disappointment was lack of disposable slippers.

Very conveniently located but that's about it.
Pros:

The main reason for choosing the hotel was the location and on that point I was not disappointed at all. The room itself was clean but very basic. I mentioned to the front desk that the mini fridge was not working but nothing was done about it. The worse thing however was the wifi connection. Considering this was a business trip, to say it was poor would be an understatement.
So would I stay again? Unless I had to, No.

Very clean hotel in a great location!!!! It was convenient to get to the aeroexpress to DME (just one stop up the green line. It was not a new hotel, but it was a clean hotel and very comfortable and reasonably priced

Great location above metro and supermarket
Pros:

The hotel is real easy to find located directly above a metro station, with supermarket and pancake restaurant nearby with English menu. Traffic noise not noticeable if you get a high up floor (there are 19 floors).

Pros:

Decent hotel with reasonable number of restaurants and cafe around. On the 1st day, someone was smoking the room and the smoke affected us. We requested for a change which they were very accommodating. 3 stops away from red square. Conveniently located
