Redelijk maar ga er niet opnieuw naartoe

Had a fantastic stay at Crowne Plaza Copenhagen. From start to finish, everything went nicely.

The room was a great size: spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. It had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially comfortable, and I really appreciated how quiet the room was. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options to choose from. Whether you prefer something light or a more hearty start to the day, there’s plenty to enjoy.

Overall, a wonderful experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Copenhagen!

Pros:

Meget velkommende og hjælpsom personale. Tæt på Royal Arena, hvor vi var til koncert. Morgenmad var ok og smagt godt, men ikke det store udvalg.

Beliggenhed i forhold til det vi skulle.

Cons:

Alt for højt musik ved baren om aftenen, det er dejligt med lidt gang i den, men det var så højt og ensartet, at vi slet ikke kunne hyggesnakke ved bordene, ellers var vi nok blevet og købt noget mere☹️

Det var egentlig fint nok, borset fra dørene der smækkede og vinduet der ikke kunne åbnes.
Pros:

God beliggenhed i forhold til Royal Arena og field’s. Meget pænt i reception og på værelset.

Cons:

Man kunne ikke åbne vinduet på sit værelse, og få frisk luft ind.
Dørene fra værelserne smækker enormt hårdt i. Hvis nogle i værelserne rundt om, gik ud af deres værelse, så smækkede dørene så hårdt at sengegærdet/sengen rystede. Man blev helt forskrækket hver gang.

Lækket indrettet - virkeligt sødt og imødekommende personale især personalet til morgenmaden

Cons:

Det eneste minus var er der er meget koldt i restauranten - der for et for lille udvalg af mad da vi skulle bestille aftensmad og maden var ikke så god. kyllingen havde fået for lidt og brødet var slet ikke varmet nok , heller ikke 2. gang de kom ind med det efter vi havde bedt om det blev varmet bedre. Ellers var alt perfekt

Beliggenheden og størrelsen på værelset

Cons:

Koncert menuen gik helt galt i området Bark, de var slet ikke klar til alle de mennesker. Kold mad, manglende drikkevarer. Dårlig oplevelse, som personalet gav 25% rabat på drikkevarer som et “undskyld”
