Geht so.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut.
Das Zimmer war für uns groß genug.
Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich.

Wo fange ich da an…
Auf dem Bild, was im Booking für die Buchung angezeigt wird, ist kein Teppichboden angezeigt. Das war für mich der Ausschlaggebende. Dieses Zimmer in diesem Hotel zu buchen. Als wir angekommen sind, hatten wir natürlich Teppichboden im Zimmer. Ich finde es ist einfach nur unhygienisch! Das kann mir kein Mensch erzählen, dass man das hygienisch sauber machen kann.
Das fand ich extreme nüchtern. Ich hab extra noch mal nachgeschaut und gesehen, dass hier bei Booking mit dem teppichfreien Zimmer geworben wird (Bilder)
Im Bad gab es kaputte Fliesen. Der Wasserkocher im Zimmer war völlig verkalkt. Daraus konnte man absolut nichts trinken. Und es gab Flecken auf den Laken.
In den Fluren wurde überhaupt nicht gereinigt. Wir begegnet dem selben Haarbündel an zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Tagen.
Unsere Tür sah aus, als wäre da bereits einmal eingebrochen worden. (Beschädigt)
Die nächste Problematik war mit dem parken. Das Parkhaus gehört nicht zum Hotel! Das muss man vorher wissen. Das ist ein ganz normales Parkhaus, wo quasi jeder parken könnte, wenn er wollte. Die Parking Slots sind sehr eng. Und mit der Anzahl von den SUVs, die in der Garage stehen, ist es kaum möglich ein Parkplatz zu finden.
Achtung, das Parkhaus muss mit einer App oder dem App Scannen eines Codes bezahlt werden. Wer das nicht möchte, möge woanders parken.
Dann die Frühstück Situation.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich das steht außer der Frage. Aber es war an einem Dienstag um 8:00 Uhr nicht mehr möglich, einen frischen Tisch zu bekommen. Es wurde viel zu langsam oder in meinem Fall würde ich sagen, aber überhaupt nicht abgeräumt. Die Dame, die das Geschirr abgeräumt hat, ist mit dem Wagen vorbeigelaufen und hat die vollen Tische gar nicht wahrgenommen. Außerdem hätte ich mir ehrlich gesagt in einem Viersternehotel gewünscht, dass vielleicht eine Station mit Sunny sideup oder anderen Gerichten da gewesen wäre. Ich sage nicht, dass es zu wenig Essen gab!

Gutes Frühstück, Lage an der Mall und Metro, schnell im Grünen; freundliches Personal, Zimmerservice gut; toller Ausblick aus den oberen Stockwerken.

Cons:

Parkgarage sehr teuer (30€/Tag), auch Fahrradverleih über 50 € für 3 klapprige Räder am Tag heftig; Fitnessraum hat nur zwei Laufbänder und ein Fahrrad, sonst leider nur viele Standart-Kraftgeräte; Teppichboden im Zimmer sollte in einem Hotel dieser Kategorie nicht mehr sein

Da vi ankom til hotellet i selve omkring reception var der kraftigt lugt af parfume pga ventalator var ude af drift. Det var ikke godt. Havde bestilt værelse uden gulvtæppe, fik det ikke i første omgang. Blev byttet om efterfølgende.

Cons:

There is a huge problem with parking inside the hotel. The hotel staff is also not helpful and they fine their own people by leaving them outside.If you go inside to check in for five minutes, they fine your car and no one at the reception or hotel staff tells you about it.Usually when we go to another country from somewhere else, we don't immediately know what the system is there. It is their duty to tell us that you can't park here, go here, park here, or you can't park here, even for a minute.This was one of the worst experiences for me in this hotel.
