Il parcheggio comodo

Cons:

Premettendo che siamo arrivati in un momento particolare, ovvero immediatamente dopo una mega rissa al ristorante dell'albergo per cui per 24h la polizia aveva delimitato tutta l'area, il personale non ci ha fornito particolari informazioni sull'accaduto nè sulla sicurezza della zona (arrivare e trovi tutto transennato non mette a proprio agio), nè si è premurato di pulire e disinfettare l'ingresso., nè a compensare in alcun modo il mancato servizio fornito (ovvero il ristorante per la cena). La camera era nella media (avevo chiesto la culla ma ci hanno fornito un terzo letto), la colazione non ci ha soddisfatto, sembrava tutto poco curato e non invitante.

Отличное соотношение качества и цены
Pros:

Отличный новый, современный отель! Очень удобная транспортная развязка: из аэропорта на поезде 2 остановки, 10 минут. Также рядом станция метро и ты в центре через 15 минут. Номер очень чистый, есть все необходимое, приятный комплимент в виде шоколада, классная косметика в ванной.
Персонал очень доброжелательный, каждый сотрудник старался помочь и обеспечить отличный отдых. Мы попросили кровать для ребенка, было указано, что это бесплатная услуга. По приезду кровать уже была в номере, заправленная и без доплат. Это было очень приятно. Также отличный завтрак в формате шведского стола.

Cons:

Все было замечательно. Выбрали этот отель на 2 ночи до круиза и после круиза снова вернулись в него, потому что очень понравился. В следующий приезд в Копенгаген обязательно остановимся здесь.

Im Großen und Ganzen war ich zufrieden

Personal Freundlich, sehr gutes Frühstück. Die Lage ist für mich sehr gut gewesen

Cons:

Im Bad waren die Fugen etwas verschimmelt, Duschvorhang war nicht ausreichend um das Wasser abzuschirmen. Unterm Zustellbett lagen dubiose zerknitterte Papiertücher. Leider haben die Angestellten nicht gewusst, wo ich problemlos mein Auto, mit einer Dachbox drauf, parken kann. Das habe ich dann am späten Abend selbst herausfinden müssen. Wäre nicht schlecht als Service, besonders, wenn davor diesbezüglich eine Anfrage gestellt wurde.
