Amazing and unforgattable stay in Copenhagen
Pros:

Very good location and very nice lobby and city view. We were in Copenhagen for our wedding and the hotel cooperate with us very friendly. I would like to say thank you to reception staff as they let us to take our wedding photos in the hotel lobby.

Cons:

The breakfast could be with more options.

Hårde senge, servicefjern personale og kold morgenmad
Pros:

Den sidste danske medarbejder jeg talte med var flink. Men alle andre engelsk talende medarbejdere i både restaurant og desk var uhøflig og havde på ingen måde servicegen.

Cons:

Sengene var utroligt hårde.
Man skal selv betale for parkering ?
Alt det varme på morgenmaden var koldt.
Ingen tandpasta, vatpinde eller andre toiletprodukter. Det er første gang jeg oplever dette på et hotel.
Prisen var ikke sammenhængene med kvalitet af værelse.

Mi è piaciuta la camera con la vista perfettamente sulla royal arena dove dovevamo andare! C’era anche una panoramica bellissima sulla città. Lo staff era molto gentile e disponibile e la colazione era buonissima.

Cons:

non era chiaro il funzionamento dell’ascensore con l’uso della carta della camera
