Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück war gut, hervorzuheben ist hier das Servicepersonal, welches hier sehr freundlich war.

Cons:

Die Fenster der Zimmer sind nicht zu öffnen, so dass permanent die Klimaanlage läuft. Das ist recht laut, ich konnte daher nicht gut schlafen. Auf Nachfrage sollte am nächsten Morgen ein Techniker kommen, der ist aber leider nicht gekommen. Das war ärgerlich.

We enjoyed out stay it was very comfortable.
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing and so was the gym

Cons:

The shower glass leaked making the floor slippy, I would come up with a better safer solution.

Pros:

Personalet i receptionen var super venlige og imødekommende

Cons:

Bartenderen (mand) om aftenen kunne være mere høflig endte med man ikke gad spørge om noget.
Spurte om man kunne købe en kop kaffe om aftenen
Fik et kort for hovedet svar nej det er for sent siger ikke der er noget galt med Svaret men måske det kunne leveres med lidt kontakt og et smil. som de gør i receptionen.

Pros:

The hotel is convenient to the motorway, airport, Royal Arena and to the metro system. The room, staff and cleanliness were as expected for this grade of hotel.

Cons:

Not sure why I was not able to get a good nights sleep, but it did not help that the pillows were for me too hard and high to be comfortable. But as I have said that was me on that night.

Pros:

Hotel jsme volili zejména kvůli poloze, protože jsme šli na koncert do blízké Royal arény. Je velmi dobře dostupný vlakem přímo z letiště, do centra města se dá pohodlně a rychle dostat metrem (obojí 150 m). Snídaně je standardní hotelový bufet, dobrá káva.

Cons:

U vstupu blíže ke stanici vlaku a metra není značeno, kudy k recepci hotelu. Jedná se o větší komplex s kancelářskými a konferenčními místnostmi a je to matoucí, zda nevstupujete do výhradně kancelářské budovy. Recepce se nachází až vzadu a z této strany není nijak viditelná.

Pros:

The location, nice beds with 2 different pillows. Good breakfast buffet. And a bonus with an empty fridge especially if you stay more than one night.

Cons:

Very poor selection of tv channels - not even tv2 were to watch.
