All fine, safe, very helpfull and nice staff,
Pros:

location, 12 minutes walk to city centre; authenticity, the real Tunis, also felt quite safe, with local security on the doors 24h, staff very helpful, building has an old fashioned charm, air con ok, safe to leave belongings in the room ( cleaning staff would not even take tips left for them, had to give in person) lots of cats around ( which is a good thing!;)

needs modernising/ general refurbishing, from sorting sockets to new tiles etc
