Service was good, but the tv didn't work, bathroom door could not be locked, there was no fridge, no
tea maker, once
we got chai it was a dead flie in it..

Hotel is in prime location but staff responded with rude manners especially room service, if you ask for water today you may get it tomorrow that really hurts anyone.

I won't be come back to this hotel again, don' t recommend anyone from North America

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in India.
Receptionist gave me the wrong small room. And after moving to the new room, the booked room is dirty and smelly.
not a pleasant stay.

This is pretty bad. Rooms are smelly, AC didn't work first time. Above all towel provided has Yellow spots all over. I don't want to tell further.

Its good experience..staffs are supportive.. room was spacious..all amenities were good..food was ok..

The stay was nice at the hotel. The plus was the cleanniness and well behaved staff, and minus was the location and no breakfast servings with booking.

I booked a Double bed room but they gave a single bed room telling that they will change the room after sometime.I approached them 3times during my stay but got the same response saying that there are no double rooms available.

We stayed there for 2 days and a night. Only th eadvantages are it's location and affordable price.the helpdesk was helping.. but The ac are very old ones and the whole day the room was very hot.we got help from desk and the second day only it worked.water dint come properly in bathroom.overall we were little unhappy with our choice of hotel.

The bathroom was very dirty with sink full of hair and rusted tap and latches.The pillow covers were dirty.Totally not worth for the price.It should be removed from hotels.com as it will ruin hotels.com reputation.

I and my future fiancee had gone there to celebrate our New Year together. This gave us the secluded space we wanted for ourselves. But the room service was poor and we had to pay for water in cash(even though I said I will clear all while checking out..:X). Overall atmosphere is good, free WIFI was good as well. Food is excruciatingly costly and not at all up to the mark. Only reason I would go back there is the cost of the rooms and the ambiance and elusiveness of the place!!

positives - location on main road , clean inside , reasonable tariff and food charges, friendly staff . negatives - small sized deluxe rooms , rooms not prepared before check-in, you have to ask for small small things, delayed housekeeping/ room services, hotel not known to taxis/cabs .

I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and 3 days.
It was not that great experience however it wasn't very bad as well.
The one good thing which I remember is the food. U can get good north indian food and snacks.
The room was not good. the walls were not well plastered which was giving bad feel.
Staffs are good and ready to help. One more bad thing, internet was not working most of the time.
I feel it's not value for money however if u r in hurry, u can go for this one.

I booked my hotel through expedia Mapple Whitefield and stayed for almost 3 weeks. The hotel is average based on pricing. Do not be surprised to get disappointed with following. Water bottle if ordered cost $1 or rupees 50 which is way high, laudary is very expensive, food is low quality and room service is too expensive and folks who deliver sometimes give very bad attitude , rarely fight and often forget. The hotel is in prime area of whitefield but expect food and unprofessional service, you get what you pay for. I had to change room 2-3 times during stay as the staff started doing repair in the 4th floor around 10.00 pm till mid night and could not sleep till 1.00 AM, first floor room was situated above kitchen so learned lesson in second week to avoid 1st floor as they start yelling and making noise at 6.00 am and finally had to take video and show to manager. In a nutshell ** and half (TWO 1/2) star rating because of not proper management in giving good quality food, and having kitchen staff who deliver food to be not polite, I guess not the best of hospitality industry folks are picked by Mapple and trained by the hotel management. Please book only in second or third floor and make sure there are no cockroaches and mosquitos. Whenver i raised issue and objected of having staying long time the manager made required changes like changing my room, or spraying pesticides. Hotel Managment plesaseget experience quality staff hope the info helps future customers.
