It was very comfortable, the pool was great, staff was awesome, and morning breakfast was amazing.
Pros:

great breakfast, clean areas, room was very good

Cons:

The complimentary dryer and washer were a nice touch but the dryer wasn't working. Getting a new Smart TV to replace the current ones would be a fantastic addition as the cable TV was not satisfactory.

It was good for the price.
Pros:

Location was great, pool and hot tub were good. Room was clean.

Disappointed with the room especially at night and replacement room would have been a downgrade which is unacceptable.

A lot of outside noise as we were placed right next to the hotel generator; very loud. We weren’t able to sleep for the two nights we were there. Breakfast was very basic. Food not readily available.

Good hotel not too far from YEG
Pros:

Breakfast is very good. The location is great if you need to get to the airport but still want to be near the city. The pool and waterslide were a hit for the kids.

Cons:

The setup in the showers is difficult for kids to use on their own. They have to stand on the ledge of the tub to use the soap dispenser, which is a bit dangerous.
