our room could have used some general upgrades, caulking around tub was brown, bathroom door was peeling at bottom, carpet was "rolling' whcih caused some trips walking across floor

The front desk customer service is not impressive when checking out. No pen or notepad inside the room for the guest. Incase the need arises.
