Room was newly renovated so very good,

Check-in was very, very slow.
I was second in line when I arrived, there were two front-desk clerks doing check-ins, and only one couple/family ahead of me at either station. I waited at least 15 minutes before the family in front of me was dealt with. The other station did not complete their initial check-in before I left. When I had checked in and was leaving, their were at least sixteen people &/or groups waiting to check-in.
