Agréable séjour mais qui pourrait être parfait..
Pros:

La gentillesse et l’efficacité du personnel . La décoration et une belle végétation au cœur de l’hôtel.

Cons:

Chambre un peu sombre et le forfait du petit déjeuner trop limité. Un petit déjeuner normal et inclus dans d’autres hôtels coûte ici beaucoup plus cher en suppléments.

Pros:

Lovely hotel, right in the centre of the old town, yet despite this we found the hotel to be peaceful, the pool in the middle of as a little oasis.
Friendly staff and comfortable rooms, the massages in the spa were amazing - I strongly recommend booking one if you’re staying!

Pros:

I had a mixed experience in this hotel. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, and the room itself was clean.
However, the building is quite old and unfortunately shows its age. There was a strong mold smell in the rooms. The sheets and towels were clean but very worn out and yellowed, which didn’t give a great feeling of freshness.
The breakfast was excellent — definitely the highlight of the stay.

Very helpful staff, perfect location in the middle of the historical centre, beautiful building and room, very helpful staff (whether it was in Epoca restaurant or reception) helpful with organizing trips etc. Breakfast in Epoca were really great too.

Cons:

Shower was located on a very high ceiling, which was a bit weird. No biggie though

Property is well manteined and in a great location. We were a bit concerned about street noise but didn't get any. Location is great, right in the center of the walled city.
