Great place to stay at a very reasonable price.
Pros:

Location - Location - Location, besides a great room with a unique view. Thank you.

Cons:

The property is great, just set up the bags in the waste basket in the toilet, the maid just leaves it there, folded.

This hotel is in good walking distance from a lot of food and shopping. It’s also right next to a 7-Eleven to grab drink
Pros:

Great location

Cons:

The only complaint I could possibly have is that housekeeping knocked on our door before 9 AM asking when we were going to check out. That’s never happened to me before and I thought it was a little rude honestly. Checkout is at 11 AM.

Great location
Pros:

Location is perfect and the staff are very nice and helpful.

Cons:

I felt for a four star hotel there were basics missing. Mondays, for example, we could not get any food in the hotel which was disappointing after a long haul flight.
No tea or coffee in the bedroom.
I also was not aware of having only some credit for breakfast until I was having my breakfast. I booked B&B which one would assume covers breakfast. Maybe there is small print that I overlooked but I thought this was strange and cost a lot more than I initially booked.

the room was okay, but the service wasnt there. had to stay up late waiting for heater to be fixed
Cons:

The first room we were put in did not have a owrking heater, staff seemed not caring much, and I had to follow up twice about someone coming in to fix it and it was alsmot midnight, before they offered a room change. Very frustrating.

Luxury Modern Style Accommodations in a Prime Location
Pros:

We booked a special Birthday Day stay and we were pleasantly surprised by the room amenities, cleanliness, view, and short walkable proximity to River North/Magnificent Mile Chicago restaurants & attractions. We were so impressed that we stayed an additional night! The front desk concierge was cordial and accommodating. As for the room, we booked the Junior Spa Suite. The bedroom area and bathroom were meticulously clean and spacious. The bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept in at a hotel. The room heat/air conditioning was quiet, adjustable and effective. The jetted spa tub was easy to utilize and very relaxing. The walk-in shower with the rainfall shower head was a nice addition. A large flat screen TV, WiFi, mini refrigerator, coffee maker, safe, complementary bathroom soap, conditioner, and hand lotion dispensers were included along with 2 bathrobes. The city view from the room added to the atmosphere. Although we didn't bring a pet, it should also be noted that this hotel is pet friendly, which is a rare accommodation. The only things we noted as missing in the room were drawers to put underwear/socks in, and a microwave. No complimentary breakfast was offered, however there is a full menu restaurant (CBR) located next to the lobby inside the building. Otherwise, we have nothing but praise for the service, accommodations, atmosphere, and value offered here... all within a prime location. We will definitely book another stay in the near future!
