Excellent break at a fantastic hotel.
Pros:

Didn't have breakfast, friendliness of staff, facilities and location were excellent.

It could be so much better with a few simple improvements. We won’t be returning.
Pros:

Clean room, prompt service at breakfast. Decent light and view.

Cons:

No in-room coffee.
One small towel bar in the bathroom (in the shower). No place to hang a hand towel.
Awful sliding door on the bathroom that was heavy, noisy and didn’t close.

The property was close to a lot of things that made walking around easier.

Cons:

The parking was a bit expensive for valet when you’re already paying for the hotel.

Friendly, great staff.
Pros:

Very friendly staff.

Cons:

The shower curtain was installed to high so it didn’t drape over the tub. Water went on the floor outside and the curtain blew in while showering making it very awkward having to battle the curtain. We were told new curtains were waiting to be installed. We ordered extra towels to put on the floor.
