Wer in der Klinik etwas vor hat, ist in dem Hotel bestens untergebracht.

Wellness: Saunen, Whirlpool und vor allem viele Liegen zum Entspannen. Essen und Getränke können direkt bestellt werden .
Zimmer: Grosses, geräumiges Zimmer mit einer grossen Badewanne und angenehm weicher Bettwäsche.

This place is expensive and has poor customer service.
Pros:

The staff was rude and disrespectful, especially in the gym. When I reserved any hotel I always ask for breakfast to be included but once I got to the hotel they said that wasn’t the package I purchased. We had to pay extra to use the spa yet the advertisement made it appear that was included in your stay.

Cons:

1. False advertisement to get you at the hotel 2.The gym staff rude and disrespectful
3. The location is far from the airport not close as advertised. Yes, they have a shuttle but at an additional cost.

Angenehmes Ambiente
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Die Kommunikation auf Englisch verlief super trotz eigener Sprach-Schwierigkeiten.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war nicht zu überfüllt, die Auswahl war genau richtig.
Die Reinigungskraft war sehr freundlich.
Der Empfangsmitarbeiter am Abend war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, es war immer jemand da und man konnte egal zu welcher Uhrzeit das Hotel betreten.
Der Sauna Bereich war sehr angenehm und die Musik im ganzen Hotel sehr passend und wohltuend.
