Pros:

Location was great. We checked in very late but staff were very accommodating. Love the room layout and spacious bathroom. Comfy bed.

Pros:

I appreciated the space in the room and tub accessibility

Cons:

I wiped down my entire room with Clorox wipes. the room appeared to not have been cleaned in a while. this was upsetting bc my two yr old and I were staying.
the refrigerator door was difficult to shut, and it took a day to get cold. the 2nd bed had stains on it prior to us arriving. I had to call for bedding to be changed. my last night I called to order towels, and was informed I would have to come down to receive them , which was odd. overall stay was quiet. the rooms needed to smell and look clean like the hallways. that was my only disappointment.

Comfy and clean beds. Free breakfast

Cons:

Someone was smoking marijuana in the building. Non-English smoking personnel. The floors/ceiling must be extremely thin. Someone was walking around all night above me. We were in the elevator and another lady said out of the blue when we got off on the 2nd floor that the last time she stayed there, she was on that floor but someone above her kept her up all night long by walking around. Now she requests the top floor. I recommend the same. It really was so loud like stomping

Still was great experience. The breakfast is always warm and great.
Pros:

We stayed here previously and had a great experience.

Cons:

The only thing I can say I didn’t like, was that the bathroom ceiling had a ton of mold near the shower and sink.
