Pros:

Good location near the city center (10 minutes by walk), clean room, free parking, free WiFi, good breakfast, good lunch in the hotel's restaurant (Steak hub), we stayed one night and were satisfied.

Könnyű parkolás és jó elhelyezkedés.

Cons:

A reggelinél nem volt gluténmentes kenyér pedig foglaláskor kértük és azt mondták,hogy megoldható.A reggeli elég egyszerű volt.Kevés volt a választék.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, and what stood out the most was the exceptional kindness of the reception staff. They provided clear information and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. Their professionalism and warm attitude truly enhanced my overall experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for the service at the front desk.

Enjoyable, professional hotel
Pros:

The staff were superb, friendly and very helpful. The room was large, very clean, comfortable.. the highlight is the restaurant...superb service and food for a very good price. Parking in the car park a plus.

Cons:

I thought the jacuzzi looked dated and old, the saunas very small and limited. Whilst breakfast had a huge choice and was plentiful, the food was cold. Finally, the rooms have old tv's. No option for smart services and Netflix, something an international hotel should have. But, in saying all that, we would go again
