Pros:

The location was great for visiting family and the care centre where my mom was admitted to. My stay was very short but comfortable and I appreciated the great communication with the staff from all departments within the hotel, the privacy that was given to me in my room in regards to not needing extra cleaning, the overall service from the moment I have arrived until I have left. I found the cost to be quite high but overall it was a great experience. Thank you Booking.com and Ramada for your great service.

Pros:

Le confort, le petit déjeuner, la tranquillité, le personnel

Cons:

La robinetterie baignoire usée ( le mitigeur de douche) et les récipients gel douche ( un vide, et l’autre presque vide).
La grande lampe d’intérieur : à maximum, la lumière était clignotante
La matelas du canapé usé et le bras avec la cuir écaillée.
C’est à troisième fois pendant qq années quand je prend cette chambre et je crois que c’est nécessaire un peu d’investissement..

Pros:

Very quite rooms and comfortable rooms with all the services. Briliant breakfast with wide selection of food and drinks. Very helpfull and proffesional staff.

Cons:

This hotel is visibly already "worn" and needs some refurbishment - main entrance door not working, 1 elevator out of order and another one making horrible noises, furniture old enough to be in 3-4 start hotel, but not for Ramada level. Owner should work on it.

Go to hotel in Oradea
Pros:

First time in Oradea and definitely not the last - will absolutely return to the city and especially to Ramada. Outstanding staff, great communication both before and after our stay, delicious food (breakfast, lunch, dinner and NYE were all spent there), relaxing spa, spacious & well-equipped gym and super cosy rooms. Thank you for having us!
