Pros:

Gentilezza e disponibilità da parte di tutto lo staff , in particolare Marco alla reception,disponibile ad ogni nostra esigenza.Camere belle grandi,e pulite con un letto matrimoniale enorme comodissimo, nella hall un profumo meraviglioso.Colazione abbondante ,l'unica pecca per chi è intollerante al lattosio ci sono varie opzioni ma mancano dei prodotti da forno dolce. Per chi non fa colazione salata,basterebbe una torta semplice senza latte! Tutto il resto fantastico 😄

I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Squeaky clean (my first priority) and very comfortable.
Pros:

Spotlessly clean, well appointed, friendly multi-lingual staff, excellent breakfast, right in Old Town and very walk-able. Photo is next door to the property.

Cons:

We had no actual issues. I would like to suggest the front desk not announce room numbers out loud.

Все было отлично: и удобство и персонал и завтрак и месторасположение. Рекомендую.
Pros:

Месторасположение, чистота номера , удобная кровать , отличный разнообразный завтрак , очень вежливый и приятный персонал и на рецепции и в ресторане.

Cons:

Скорее мелкие недоработки :
Не работал телевизор, сообщили на рецепции , ничего не изменилось.
Не работали предусмотренные маленькие светильники на кровати , пришлось пользоваться только верхним светом. Общее благоприятное впечатление это не испортило .

Terrible.
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

The Staff answers so late and can not be helpful
about any change of reservations. I cannot recommend people to stay in this hotel.
