Központi részén helyezkedik el. Minden könnyen és gyalog gyorsan megközelíthető.

Cons:

Otoparkı olduğu için özellikle tercih ettik ve rezervasyon sırasında ücretin tamamını alındı. Rezervasyon onayı sonrasında otelden mesaj geldi ve otopark kullanacak ise rezervasyon için bildirilmesi istendi. Biz de araç olduğunu ve otopark için tercih ettiğimizi belirttik ve otelin otoparkının dolu olduğunu iletildi ve ücret iadesi olmadığı belirtildi. Mecburen burada kaldık. Ancak seçtiğimiz oda üst kattaydı ve tüm gece çatıdaki klima motor seslerini dinledik. Sabah resepsiyona söylediğimizde ilgineceklerini söylediler ancak hiçbir şey yapılmadı. Otelin tek avantajı şehir merkezinde olması.

Comfortabele bedden perfecte locatie en goed ontbijt
Pros:

Mooie locatie jammer dat de authentieke deuren beplakt zijn, maar vermoedelijk is niet alles meer in perfecte staat.

Er zijn twee eetzalen, de ene heeft meer sfeer en de andere wat minder. Het ontbijt is hetzelfde.
Prima ontbijt met goede afwisseling. De douche was ook fijn (lekkere straal).

Cons:

Gastvrijheid van de een was iets meer dan de ander. Dat is denk ik deels cultuur.

Beautiful hotel with a great atmosphere and excellent location, but the unprofessional handling of a broken air conditio
Pros:

The hotel location was excellent. Even though it is in the Old Town, the street where the hotel is located was surprisingly quiet, with fewer tourists, which made the stay very comfortable. I also really liked the atmosphere of the hotel — there were many antique decorations and beautiful vintage details that gave the place a unique charm. The rooms were clean and pleasant.

Cons:

The reception staff was unfriendly and unprofessional. We were checked into a room with a broken air conditioner. When we first reported the issue, we were told it could not be fixed that day, and nothing was done. The next morning after breakfast, we asked again because the room was extremely hot and stuffy, and I had barely slept during the night. Again, no real action was taken.

When I went to the reception for the third time, the receptionist finally called someone, and it turned out that our request had not even been properly passed on yet. About 10 minutes later, a man came to the room, but he clearly did not know how air conditioners worked. He was randomly pressing buttons on the remote control and admitted that he did not understand the system. I was very surprised because I believe professionals should handle the work they are trained for.

Later, a cleaning lady from our floor told us that we simply did not know how to use the air conditioner. This was uncomfortable and unpleasant because we do have air conditioning at home in Finland and understand when it is not cooling properly and only working like a fan. Eventually, a real air-conditioning specialist arrived, confirmed that the unit was actually broken, and we were finally moved to another room.

The entire situation felt chaotic and highly unprofessional. It left a very negative impression of the hotel staff and customer service. I also felt uncomfortable because one receptionist assumed I was Russian, even though I am originally from Ukraine and have lived in Finland for many years. Overall, the reception staff was not welcoming, and the situation was handled poorly.

Pros:

Wir kamen mit Auto und der Valet war krank.Freundliche weise hat mich der Marco in die Garage begleitet u. uns über das Hotel fachmännisch informiert.Die Dame Elina in der Rezeption hat uns auch zu unserem Zimmer begleitet und ausführlich über die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt erklärt.Die Lage des Hotel ist top und trotz der Überbelegung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, da das Petsonal wirklich sich um uns kekümmert hat.
Danke Elina für das tolle Zimmer, Danke Marco für die Sorgfalt zu unserem Auto, Danke Alina für das Frühstück.Preis Qualität unschlagbar !!!
