Not Worth the Rating. Never Again.

The room size is not bad.

The location is incorrect—it points to the garage rather than the hotel entrance. As a result, we had to spend quite a bit of time finding the hotel when we first arrived.

There was constant noise from renovation work, drunk people shouting in the street late at night, and guests in the neighboring rooms running around and screaming.

The TV offered only a handful of channels and did not work for two of the four days of our stay.

The room was furnished with decades-old furniture that looked as if it hadn’t been replaced in decades. It also showed obvious signs of wear and tear from previous guests. The bed linen was stained.

The bathroom door looked like an antique, with pieces of paper stuffed into the keyhole.

The refrigerator door would not close properly.

The air conditioner could not be adjusted to a different temperature.

There was no shampoo, no hair conditioner, and no body lotion. Even liquid soap and toilet paper were replenished only if you asked the housekeeping staff for them.

Breakfast was, to put it mildly, mediocre, and the coffee tasted more like colored water than coffee.

The most shocking part, however, was the condition of the sofas and chairs in the breakfast restaurant. They perfectly reflected what guests can expect from this so-called four-star hotel with such a high rating on Booking.com.

Parfait pour un séjour à Prague à deux, pas du Pont Charles et du métro pour visiter Prague
Pros:

Très bon emplacement, très bon, petit-déj’, chambre, très confortable. Personnel au top, rien à redire.

Desayuno rico y abundante. Personal de recepción amable, dispuesto a ayudarte en todo momento.

Cons:

El problema fue no con la limpieza, sino con el horario de ka limpieza. Pretender hacer la limpieza a primera hora de la tarde cuando se está descansando no me parece adecuado.

Hotel estupendo para visitar Praga
Pros:

Todo. La habitación cuádruple estupenda. Camas comodisimas, amplia, limpia… el bufet genial, muchísima variedad y calidad. El personal del hotel muy amable también. Y la situación no podía ser mejor. Como en el centro de todo, y andando cerquisima.

The staff was kind and quick to attend our needs. They were friendly and diligent.
