Very good facilities and friendly staff. If you can find it at a good rate, it is definitely good value for money.

Very pleasant stay. Clean room, large and comfortable bed, quiet environment, and friendly staff.

Cons:

It would be a nice touch to offer a complimentary bottle of water upon arrival, as the only water available in the room was chargeable.

"The stay at the hotel was pleasant in part, but I experienced a very unpleasant incident during check-out. The staff didn't believe me when I stated I hadn't used the minibar and sent a worker to check it—which made me feel especially humiliated. I travel a lot and haven't encountered treatment like this anywhere else. Customers deserve trust and respect."
