Colazione abbondante e varia.
Staff hotel gentile e disponibile.
Parcheggio auto ampio, comodo e prenotabile.

Camera non ampia e con climatizzatore rumoroso.
Letti scomodi, per un hotel a 5 stelle mi aspettavo di meglio.
Posizione hotel in zona porto, centro storico non comodo da raggiungere a piedi.

Pros:

Schönes modernes Hotel mit allem was man braucht. Super Frühstück und sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Die Lage ist nicht gut. In Hafennähe aber nichts drumherum. Bleibt nur der Weg in die City.

Pros:

The roof pool and bar area is gorgeous. A real attraction in its own right in a city without many such facilities. Staff were helpful, rooms were comfortable and my daughter really liked the spa.

An unforeseen problem happened with the roof pool and the manager emailed to tell us that it would be out of use while we were there. However, I was very impressed that they fixed this quicker than expected and we were able to use it. That was really responsive.

Cons:

Room was dusty when we arrived. Staff did notice quickly the next day and had a good dust. Guess just because it was out of use for a while. Not a huge problem but a five star hotel should notice.

Alles andere war top
Pros:

Es war alles sehr gut das einzigste was ich zum aussetzen habe, ist, dass der Poolbereich nicht wirklich kinderfreundlich ist. Vor allem die blonde Dame, die dafür die aufsichtsaut war, mehr mit ihrem Handy beschäftigt und Selfies zu machen und rum zu meckern, statt einmal zu lächeln.

Das eingesetzte Personal am Pool.
