It could do with a renovation.
Pros:

Spacious underground garage. One of the very few in the whole city with such one. Very polite housekeeping staff, the cleaner lady was exemplary, as well as the waitress during breakfast.

Cons:

Extremely outdated furniture and worn out wooden pieces. The room’s shower drain was dripping all night after i took a shower and couldn’t sleep at all. Also,there is zero soundproofing in the hotel, and i could hear the staff going about, the door across creaking opening and closing,as well as the lady that was staying across talking on her phone,from inside her room. I made a complaint and they changed my room to an upgraded one,which had none of the problems above,and the stay was pleasant for the remainder of the days there. Mind you, there was still no soundproofing, they just gave me the room farthest in the hallway, in the front ward, and hence the noise issue was helped. Their breakfast buffet is also quite small,it has nice things,but the variety is lacking. All in all, i wouldn’t rate this as a 5 star experience and was a bit disappointed. Also there is not internal elevator to the garages,and you have to exit the hotel in order to access the lift to there,which was uncomfortable. The cook that makes the omelettes would be better if she could respond politely to the customer instead of just nodding and ignoring when she is being thanked.

Overall, the stay was disappointing due to the impractical room layout and significant noise issues,
Pros:

The breakfast was superb.

Cons:

I was expecting a very pleasant stay; however, I was ultimately disappointed for several reasons. While the room size in square meters matched what was shown on Booking, the layout was misleading. The bathroom was disproportionately large, resulting in significant wasted space and making the actual room area too small. Had this been clear in advance, I would not have made the reservation, as the room is not suitable for three people.

In addition, the noise from the club across the street was a major issue. Although the music itself was not clearly audible, the constant bass vibrations made it impossible to sleep—for me as well as for my friends.

Έχω μείνει πάρα πολλές φορές,είναι πολύ ωραίο ξενοδοχείο.Βολικο το λεωφορείο που σε μεταφέρει στην πόλη.Πολυ ευγενικό προσωπικό,πολύ ωραίο πρωινό.

Cons:

Είναι μακρυά από το κέντρο,θα ήθελα τις καθημερινές να έχουν πιο συχνά δρομολόγια με το λεωφορείο.

Πολύ καλό πρωινό και υπέροχο προσωπικό με ευγένεια και χαμόγελο!
Πολύ ωραία η υπηρεσία με τη μεταφορά απο το ξενοδοχείο προς το κέντρο κάθε μια ώρα!

Cons:

Κακός φωτισμός σε όλο το ξενοδοχείο, πολύ χαμηλός.
Μέτρια καθαριότητα στα δωμάτια για ξενοδοχείο 5 αστέρων.
Η είσοδός μας στα δωμάτια μας ακυρώθηκε πριν την προβλεπόμενη ώρα check out ενώ είχαμε ενημερώσει.
