Pros:

We were third time at Met and it is still good. Nice rooms, nice furniture, good breakfast, polite staff, shuttle bus to city center.

Cons:

Nothing changed in spa area, indoor pool is still small for hotel of that size. Also air and water temperature can be hotter.

Perfect Stay with Amazing Staff and Excellent Service
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The staff were absolutely exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed, which really made our experience special.

One of the highlights was the convenient shuttle van service that took us to the city, making it very easy to explore without any stress. The hotel itself is located in a very quiet area, perfect for relaxing and getting a good night’s sleep.

The breakfast was simply perfect, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations, and I would definitely choose this hotel again!

An unfortunate hiccup during our check-in was subsequently dealt with well in the form of a generous gesture of good will by the hotel management. It was much appreciated and went to show that customer service is what matters most and what guests will actually remember. Good location, easy parking, the hotel lobby has nice ambience.

Cons:

The room looked tired, for example the wooden floors and walls were visibly scratched from time wear and looked in need for some major TLC or refurbishing. The sink was clogged and the shower trap cover was loose. These are basics that should not be missed by any 5* hotel. Charging the hotel’s own guests 15EUR per day for parking is rather ridiculous.

Sehr schönes Hotel, mit einem guten Frühstücksbuffet und sehr netten Personal.

Cons:

Die Umgebung war nicht so schön, aber in Ordnung. Der Spa Bereich war etwas klein und ein wenig kühl.
