Rooftop and jazz caffe. Breakfast buffet was really good

Cons:

Some small details can be improved: shampoo and body wash can be given in bigger boxes rather than in very small samples, staff at chocolate room was not always friendly + it was not clear if it was self service or not

Above and beyond expectations
Pros:

I was visiting Cairo with a travel group. The entire hotel staff could not have been more friendly and helpful with any request made to them. The chief concierge Wael Hamid went above and beyond anyone’s expectations. I lost my ear buds on my flight over. Mr Hamid was committed to finding them for me. He texted called and more texting to the airline but to no avail. He tried for days to have the airline locate the earbuds. When they could not be located he on his free time went to a store to buy and inexpensive headphones set for me for the trip home. Amazing determination and kindness.
The food in the Italian restaurant was excellent. The breakfast buffet had so many delicious choices to make.,The rooms were lovely and the entire hotel staff were anxious to please.

Cons:

Amazing and memorable
Pros:

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Kempinski. The hospitality was impeccable (all the staff are amazing!) and I was impressed with the standard of my suite. I would like to give a shout out to Abeer and Ragab as they both added to my experience at Kempinski Nile memorable

Relaxing stay in a comfortable, well located hotel with really great staff.
Pros:

Really lovely staff, reception team were super helpful with my booking arrangements, they really make the hotel feel special. Location is convenient for exploring the city. Roof top bar and pool are lovely.

Great room with all you could require to complete your stay. Nothing was too much trouble should you require anything.
Overall good value for money.
Cleanliness asxonexwould express for 5 star hotel.
Your in a city so noise levels were as one would expect.
Service good and always polite.
Very good amenities. Love the pool and spa. Great massage.
Restaurant times varied from website and would of helped if an in room update with information so to be aware of any events i.e. refurb which may affect the dinning options available.
