for the second time , I’m back after 9 months and it still the most amazing hotel experience ever , this Kempinski is the best in service amongst the others in the same chain , thanks to Carlos in the reception he was very professional ,welcoming , with excellent attitude ,check in was smooth and fast he provided great service , rooms super clean and very modern , housekeeping fast efficient and friendly, every one was delivering excellent service ,thanks kempinski

Nothing looks like staying in old age home not the hotel like KEMPINSKI , did not expect from KEMPINSKI like brands .

Unfortunately, there was very little to like about this property. My experience did not meet the expectations of a five-star hotel.
The hotel was extremely disappointing. The location was inconvenient for my visit, the rooms were outdated and not very clean, and there was an unpleasant odor in both the room and the hallways. I also found a black stain on the bed, which was unacceptable. The breakfast was poor and did not offer the quality or variety I expected. Overall, the hotel felt neglected, and considering the amount I paid, it offered very poor value for money.
