Our stay at the Kempinski Nile Hotel Cairo was absolutely exceptional — everything was above perfect, from the spotless, comfortable room to the amazing, friendly service across every department, where staff went out of their way to assist us. The rooftop pool was a highlight with its warm temperature, full sunshine, beautiful views, and fantastic cocktails with attentive service. We even met some overseas people who have become lifelong friends, what a nice bonus. The food throughout the hotel was incredible, especially the breakfast, which offered a very large and impressive variety of delicious dishes that were so tasty. On our first night, enjoying traditional Egyptian food and wine through room service on the balcony was unforgettable and a great way to unwind and start the romance. The butler service was outstanding, always helpful, nothing was too much trouble, and the clothes‑cleaning service was fast and efficient. We loved the lovely views from both the balcony and rooftop, and the Turkish restaurant delivered top‑class flavours with impeccable service. The WIFI was great, the best we have found in our Cairo hotels. Couldn’t hear any noise unless the doors to the balcony were open, what a relief. Good TV to watch, great to catch up on world news. We genuinely cannot fault this accommodation and would highly recommend it to any adults visiting Cairo — it would be our first choice to stay again. Absolutely nothing. We would give this hotel 20+ and we recommend a balcony room high up to enjoy the views of the Nile.
The Room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast with different options and complete. Really happy with the service in the restaurant and at the reception with Miriam, very kind and the courtesy was excellent. Thanks a lot for the hospitality

Acess is close to a road with a lot of traffic , but that´s Cairo.
We really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent, the breakfast was fantastic, and the service was truly exceptional. The staff were friendly, professional and very attentive throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the hotel’s medical service — having the option to have a doctor come directly to the hotel and arrange delivery of medication was extremely convenient and reassuring.
The hotel is a little dated and the pool area often does not have enough sun loungers, so adding more would be a great improvement. We also did not realize on our first day that breakfast included à la carte options in addition to the buffet. It would be helpful to make this clearer to guests, as the à la carte menu was excellent.
