Pros:

This was a relaxed hotel in the otherwise quite busy Cairo. The breakfast is delicious and very complete. The staff are extremely polite and helpful, with Ragab being an especially warm and welcoming host in the executive lounge. 👌🙏. A hotel where you can truly feel at home and unwind.

Great base for discovering Cairo with a family
Pros:

We stayed for a week with our kids (4&8). The hotel has been our reliable home base. The kids loved the swimming pool, my wife was a regular at the excellent spa and I visited the gym every now and then. We loved the food, especially the great choice at breakfast and the Iftar buffet for diner that allowed our kids to pick, choose and discover. Highly recommended.

Empfehlenswert aber mit kleinen Schwächen.
Pros:

Freundliches Personal, alles sehr sauber, jeden Tag frische Wasserflaschen, Jazz Bar Im zehnten Stock mit Ausblick in die Stadt, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück.

Cons:

Zimmer sehr klein, duschen in der Badewanne, Sitzposition Im Frühstücks Restaurant Tische zu hoch. Jazz Bar viel zu dunkel. Hotel liegt neben einer sehr befahrenen Straße deshalb Öffnen der Fenster nicht möglich.

Luxury in Cairo .
Pros:

I appreciated the more intimate size as compared to the other5 Star hotels in Cairo. The location was superb, especially with respect to the Nile. Watching the activities on the Nile added a connection to the area. The staff were vibrant and attentive.Super accommodating. I highly recommend this property. I also appreciated having an ATM in the hotel.

I have no comments or complaints.

Pros:

Das Hotel war komfortabel, sauber und der Service super - alle waren um unser Wohl bemüht. Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen - war hervorragend - und die Betten waren sehr bequem, es gab sogar ein "Kissen-Menü" :) Auch das Essen im Restaurant "Osmanly" ist sehr empfehlenswert!

Cons:

Der Pool bzw. der Bereich auf der Dachterasse war eher klein, und die Lage direkt an der Hauptstraße (unser Zimmer war im 2. Stock straßenseitig) laut - Ohrstöpsel empfohlen wenn man hellhörig ist. Zudem sind ein paar Dinge in die Jahre gekommen, aber zumeist funktional.

Great hotel in Cairo
Pros:

Really nice hotel in a good and easy part of Cairo with great sunset and Nile views from the pool. Big, clean rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast had something for everyone.

Good hotel for short stay
Pros:

Good hotel, staff were excellent, both evening restaurants provided lovely food. Rooms were clean, and rooftop pool area a welcome addition. Tours organised efficiently.

Downsides, room at the front was noisy due to traffic noise and mosque being outside with speakers at room height. Breakfast could do with more labelling of what the food is and limited range if you need dairy and gluten free options. Tours organised by hotels are very expensive compared to arranging them yourself. Also be prepared for at least half the time of the trip being in traffic getting to and from the, eg, pyramids. Also difficult to walk anywhere directly from hotel due to traffic levels.
