I really want to give it a 5 stars review, but I can't.
Pros:

We got a great welcome and I really want to thank the hotel for the amenities they provided us as top Accor ALL guests. Atmosphere and vibe were great, very relaxed place and amazing view from the duplex family room. Location is a great plus, very close to the action but not exactly within it. I consider the value I received for the money I paid was fair. Staff in general is helpful and courteous, no complains there. Breakfast in the neighboring partner hotel is okay, but being able to use the pool is a great plus and kids really enjoyed. The thing that bothered me the most is that some parts of the room were obviously not cleaned in a while, and the accumulated dust was probably several weeks old. Also, just before checking out the air conditioner stopped working properly, which is very uncomfortable considering the heat and humidity. Other than these two points, I would definitely consider returning.

Localização excelente. Acomodações bastante aconchegantes, pensadas no conforto e bem estar do hóspede. Me senti bastante acolhida.

Atendeu minhas expectativas e se voltar a Cartagena ficarei hospedada lá novamente, com certeza!
Pros:

Fiquei hospedada em dois apartamentos do hotel, todos com camas confortáveis, filtro de água e cafeteira no quarto, o que fez toda a diferença, principalmente o filtro de água, com toalhas macias e brancas. No primeiro tinha 2 andares. Excelente! A inclusão no preço do café da manhã do Sofitel Santa Clara e poder usufruir de toda a estrutura do Sofitel que fica do outro lado da rua é maravilhoso.

No apartamento de um andar, o banheiro era muito apertado.
