Spa, petit dejeuner, grandeur de la chambre.Brasserie .

Cons:

L,impolitesse du personnel de l,acceuil à l,arrivée.Nous n,avons jamais été si mal reçu .Personne de mauvaise foi.Honteux.La chambre face a un café ( de 17h30 a 22h musique a fond avec baffe extérieur),pas moyen de se reposer.Le matin obliger de laisser les tentures fermer vu qu,on était face a une salle de réunion, on se s,entait épier.Chambre 102.Bien dommage car la chambre est bien a l,intérieur

Pros:

Ho dovuto prenotare all’ultimo questa struttura in tarda serata, quindi ho apprezzato moltissimo che ci fosse la reception 24 ore su 24. Camera molto spaziosa, calda, letto enorme, ho apprezzato l’acqua in omaggio. Bellissima la posizione nella piazzetta di Clervaux, un paesetto bellissimo, abbracciato dalle Ardenne. Lo staff mi ha lasciato tenere lo zaino lì per diverse ore dopo il check out.

Cons:

La cauzione di 100 euro per la camera e le tempistiche di restituzione, sono diversi giorni che il mio soggiorno è concluso, e ancora non mi è arrivata.

Locatie was prima en een goed en uutgebreidt ontbijt

Cons:

Kamer heel onhandig. Je moest over het bed heen omdat er een grote balk langs je bed loopt. Voor oudere mensen heel ongeschikt.
Heel weinig licht, zowel in de kamer dan op de badkamer.
Wc pot zijn beste tijd gehad. Was onderin helemaal zwart.

Heerlijk centraal overnachten.
Pros:

Goede ontvangst, heerlijk bed, goede geluidsisolatie, schone kamer, nette badkamer.

Cons:

Het was erg warm in de kamer ondanks dat de verwarming uit stond en het raam open was, de temperatuur van de douche wisselt nogal eens.
