Bom café da manhã, portaria 24hs e localização relativamente boa
Muito barulho no quarto, por ter ficado em um de frente para a avenida
El trato de los empleados, la limpieza, el desayuno buffet, la tranquilidad del establecimiento y la situación.
Todo fue excelente.
La atención del personal
Colchones duros, la ducha no funcionaba, nos bañamos con agua fría y no está bien ubicado
O hotel é confortável e a equipe é maravilhosa, são muito solícitos e ajudam no que precisar.
El personal fue muy muy amable y el desayuno buffet estaba riquísimo. Nos ayudaron siempre a pedir taxis y nos recomendaron muy buenos sitios para comer. Si volvemos a Lima, repetiremos sin duda!

O meu quarto ficava de frente pra avenida desta forma o barulho era mto algo mesmo eu fechando a janela

Toda a equipe é muito educada e prestativa. O que mais nos encantou foi o cuidado que eles tiveram ao preparar um lanche para levarmos nos dias que tínhamos que sair do hotel muito cedo. Tudo muito organizado e limpo!
O hotel apesar de localizado em Miraflores que é um bairro muito extenso, fica distante dos centro turísticos mas nada que o transporte por aplicativo não resolva e eles também se ofereceram para chamar táxi.

No está muy cerca del centro de Miraflores. Hay que ir en taxi hasta allá.
Funcionarios educados, quarto limpo. Mas sem frigobar e ar condicionado. Fica em miraflores, mas é longe do litoral, onde ficam as principais atrações

La amabilidad de uno de los aseadores al ayudarme a bajar mi maleta por el ascensor de servicio de aseo, ya que el ascensor principal estaba en mantenimiento...

No me gustó, la bulla que efectúan los trabajadores cuando un cliente deja la habitación debieran hacer el aseo de la habitación en una hora prudente a las 08:00 estaría bien..
No me gustó la poca variedad que tiene el desayuno buffet..
No me gustó que el hotel no reciba el peso chileno, moneda con el cual hice la reserva, tuve que salir a la ciudad a conseguir soles o dolares..
No me gustó que no hayan dejado una frazada yo soy friolento y pase frío.
Principalmente dos funcionários, a responsável pelo cafe da manha foi super atenciosa comigo.
Embora a hospedagem fique no bairro Miraflores ele fica longe dos pontos turísticos, sendo necessário utilizar uber para qualquer tipo de locomoção. Meu quarto era de frente para uma avenida super movimentada, muito cedo o barulho de buzina já era insuportável, impossibilitando o descanso dos hospedes. Lima faz calor, então a falta de ar-condicionado no quarto faz diferença negativa para a hospedagem.

Reception put is in the wrong room type. I paid for a larger room with air con but we were given a more basic room. I didn't realise until the next morning. When I told the reception staff they did not seem to care.
