Hotellet lå rett ved en fin park, få minutter å gå til torgene i gamlebyen med frihetsstatuen, som er på Unescos liste.
Det var også kort avstand til stort shoppingsenter.

Olomouc er en meget hyggelig by å feriere i med en behagelig atmosfære. Anbefales.

Vstřícné jednání pracovníků recepce, pohodlné ubytování, dobré parkování, bohatá snídaně.

スタッフはみなフレンドリーで、今回の旅行中で一番感じがよかった。

This is a good, standard 4 star hotel. Of a similar quality to the famous chains like Clarion or Marriot etc. which makes it good value too. Everything well maintained. and presented.

Hotel je hned vedle starého centra Olomouce u krásného parku. Příjemný personál, čistota a kvalitní snídaně jsou pro víkendový pobyt ve městě ideální. Z hlavního nádraží dostupný za 5 min. tramvají 1,7 (stanice Tržnice)

The room and bathroom were both very large. Parking was in front of the hotel and easy to access from the police station. Was a great location to walk old town and near by flower show. Breakfast was great!

Perfekte Lage, kurzer Weg zur Altstadt, sehr ruhig gelegen.

This hotel is very clean, excellent location near the center of the town, next to the park and police station. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast meal is good. The bar serves drinks and desserts until 10:00pm. I would definitely return and stay at this affordable and clean hotel.

便利なホテルです。
家具や建屋等に個性があるとは思えませんが、設備、清潔度、スタッフの対応等いずれも快適でした。
駅からホテルまで1.8km程度、その途中は石畳の歩道では無く通常の道に近いので、キャスターを引きながら歩くことも可能です（冬期は不明）。
トラムを使えば、7号線旧市街方面に乗って3駅目です。ホテルのすぐ隣が警察署です。大通りを隔てたところにショッピングモールがあり、両替（レートは悪くないと思います）、スーパーマーケット、ファストフード、その他もろもろ非常に役立ちます。ホテルのWi-Fiは、特にストレス無く使えました。旧市街の広場には、ホテル玄関から徒歩4～5分程度で到着します。朝ご飯は、毎日同じ品目が並べられていますが、特に気になりませんでした。バスルームは、バスタブ、バスルームヒータがあり、洗濯・乾燥が効率よくできました。シャワーの水圧が若干低い様に感じました。部屋の照明も明るいので、資料を閲覧するのも楽でした。また部屋の造りが、1K的（玄関と寝室に区切りの扉有り）な作りになっているので、朝方ルームキーピングサービスの廊下での喧噪はほとんど聞こえませんでした。5階にサウナ等もあるようですが、私は使用しませんでした。
まとめていえば、良いホテルだと思います。次も利用したいと思えるホテルです。

Very nice hotel, clean, only a bit hot in the room when I arrived.

Great stay here. Quick check in with friendly front desk. Room was like an apartment...super cozy and quiet. Bar had great drinks, desert and service. Lovely park just outside for jogging looking at walled town. Easy quick walk into center. Recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, modern, well equipped rooms, excellent breakfast, had a good time. A bit confusing: you have to drive through the police station car park to get to the hotel car park. :-)

I lived in olomouc in 2001 to 2002 and I loved it. Coming back to visit was only made better by staying at the Alley

Great location, easy access to town center. All in walking distance. Pleasant staff and great breakfast.

Entry through the Police compound gives a sense of security when arriving at this good hotel in Olomouc, an amazing Czech city.
A problem with my reservation was sorted, and I declined the offered double as booked rather then the single I was in because I coundn't be bothered to move just for one night. The charge was only for the single when I checked out.
The buffet breakfast was good and internet access free, if a trifle slow.
For a first time visitor to both Olomouc and Hotel Alley I have nothing to compare against, but I would certainly stay again for its location, facilities and price.
