Pros:

The room was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly

Cons:

There were some people hanging around ourside the hotel when we arrived. They made me feel uncomfortable.

Pros:

The front staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

The floors were not swept or washed. In the bathroom there was hair,dust and sparkles. In the main area by the end of bed was something spilt. Like coffee or tea. Windows need to be upgraded as well. We were facing main street and could hear every car through out the night.

Overall, I guess you get what you pay for. In my case I overpayed.
Pros:

The general location was good. Out of all the staff I interacted with (5), two of them were friendly and their customer service was 4/5.

Cons:

There was no phone in my room so I had to use my cellphone while in my room, to call the frontdesk...my own cellphone. When I inquired about the phone, IMMIDIATELY I was cutoff and told "100% there's a phone in the room". In the background I could hear another employee saying "No there isn't one". Then the employee on the phone says, "Well you can only use it to call other rooms anyways...not outside calls".

The staff were very helpful when my daughter left her soft toy at the hotel

Cons:

Some upgrades needed in the bathroom. Air con didn't work so room was very hot for sleeping. Breakfast included was ok
