The carpet and sofa did not seem clean and the cookstove was in rough shape. The one knife supplied was broken. Also cleaning the dishes should be part of the cleaning cost not up to the tenants.

Clean and reasonably priced
Pros:

Rooms are freshly updated and clean. Busy location but did not hear street traffic. Great value. Minimal continental breakfast included which was appreciated.

Will return when in Edmondton. Great stay.
Pros:

Although the hotel is older it was clean and comfortable for us. Good breakfast with eggs, yogurt, fruit, toast, muffins, toaster waffles, cinnamon raisin bread, cereals, hot drinks, chocolate milk. Any staff on all the shifts were so friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds and big newly renovated bathroom with rainshower head. Either we didn’t have neighbours or it is soundproof as we heard no noise from other rooms although traffic noise on Argyle was heard, but that kind of thing never bothers us. Everything you might need is close by with even a small convenience store right downstairs.
