Pros:

Could not eat while I was there! Medical appointments.

Cons:

The tv was too technical for us , lol. Other than that everything was great.

Pros:

Staff were good and the room was pretty big. Bed is comfortable and breakfast is ok.

Cons:

The furniture in the hotel is outdated. The air conditioner in the room is noisy. The corridor inside the hotel is hot and humid.

I booked 2 rooms. One of the rooms was dusty and lost electricity twice when the TV and the air conditioner turned on together.

Great place for a quick stop over- excellent staff!
Pros:

Staff were exceptional, super friendly and beds very comfortable. Location was suitable for us (we had a car), with plenty of food options around. Rooms were average (dated) yet clean and the breakfast was excellent. Exactly what we needed for our first overnight in Canada travelling through Edmonton.

Cons:

We had two double rooms and the shower didn't work in one of the rooms at all - because we had two rooms, we could use the one that worked however it wouldn't have been great if that was our only option. We did advise on checkout and I hope this has been resolved for future guests.

Pros:

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, stanza enorme con letti comodissimi. Ogni comfort in stanza, reception 24/7 e parcheggio gratuito, a 20 minuti dall'aeroporto.

Cons:

La struttura è un po' datata e non sistemata al 100%, ma il rapporto qualità prezzo è imbattibile! Consigliato per un soggiorno breve.

Pros:

The staff were super helpful and friendly. They made the difference between not great and terrible. Almost didn't give a review at all because they were so friendly.

Cons:

The hotel is very well used. The carpet was weirdly sticky in the room and everything was worn out and shabby. It didn't reflect the reviews or the photos. The tub/shower was left unused as it was not great. Air conditioning was loud, but worked, so that was a plus. Again, was saved this from a one star was the staff.

Pros:

It had everything we needed for a great nights sleep. The bed and bedding were really nice too!
The room was very spacious!

Cons:

We didn’t like that we could not open the windows but the street noise probably would not have been appreciated anyways.
