experienced an issue with the parking system. I was given a parking card at check-in and told not to take a ticket. Due to maintenance, I couldn’t scan the card when exiting, which caused it to stop working. When I returned, I had to take a new ticket. I went to reception with both cards before paying anything, but the situation was not handled professionally and I was directed to an external office.
During the discussion, the staff member’s attitude changed — she appeared annoyed, told me that I “didn’t want to understand,” and kept repeating that she was not responsible. Because of this handling, I ended up paying around €4 for just a few minutes.
Later, the external office explained the situation clearly, and it could have been easily avoided if the correct instructions were given from the start.
I’ve never stayed in a more friendly hotel in my life. The staff were amazing.
