+am WE gratis Parken direkt vorm Hotel
+sehr großes Zimmer mit neuem Bad

Cons:

-keine Klimaanlage bei über 35 Grad Außentemperatur (Ventilator wurde ins Zimmer gestellt)
-kein Kühlschrank oder Minibar (verwunderte uns bei der Kategorie des Hotels)
-sehr laut, wenn man ein Zimmer zur Straße hat (ohne Ohrstöpsel ist nicht an Schlaf zu denken, da selbst in der Nacht viele Autos fahren)
-keine Sommercard! Es gab nur die Gästecard, bei der es nur minimale Vergünstigungen gibt, im Vergleich zur Sommercard bei der viele Attraktionen gratis sind, leider wurde auf Nachfrage von Hotel gesagt, dass es eine Sommercard gibt, was aber nicht der Fall war!

Good location at a fair price, staff were great
Pros:

We had a good check-in experience with the staff who were very kind and pleasant. The gave instructions on how and where to do the parking; of note, parking is a little bit of a walk away so recommend dropping your bags off first and then parking about 5-10 minutes up the road if you drive. Didn't have time to experience all the amenities of the place but we had a good stay.

A lovely friendly, central hotel with a pool and wellness near to all the amenities of Zell am See.
Pros:

The room was light, airy and clean. Plenty of storage space too. The staff were very welcoming and they were always very helpful. The breakfast was wonderful especially as we were able to sit on the terrace over looking the pool/garden area. It was in a central location and yet only 5 mins from the lake. Would highly recommend.

Cons:

There isn't any air conditioning which is ok, but we had a heatwave and they were able to supply a fan! Although guests receive the mobility card for travel around Salzburgerland, this hotel doesn't supply a Summer Card which gives free and discounted entry to local attractions including the gondola's.

It felt very luxurious.
Pros:

Great breakfast and beautiful pool. We had it to ourselves for a few hours. Very nice. Very nice bed and nice balcony with a view. We did not feel like leaving so we did not see all the things we planned for. We stayed at the hotel instead!

Cons:

A shame that the staff did not inform us about that tickets to cityexpress was discounted/included. Instead we paid full price.

De ligging en het vriendelijke personeel.

Cons:

Wij hen 2 kleine hondjes bij ons en dan wordt je tijdens het eten als een paria behandeld. Je mag dan alleen buiten eten of in een aparte ruimte.
