Wunderbares Hotel mit tollem Essen und freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Super Hotel in toller Lage, schöne und großzügige Zimmer, extrem reichhaltiges Frühstück und Abendessen, schnelles WLAN, kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel, beheizter Raum für Ski und Skischuhe, freundliche Mitarbeitende.

Ansprechendes Hotel in schöner ruhiger Umgebung
Pros:

Frühstück, Abendessen, Personal sehr freundlich

Cons:

Es war übermäßig heiß im Bad und konnte auch durch zurück drehen der Heizung nicht reguliert werden. Duschen in der Sauna waren sehr schlecht zu regeln. Entweder kochend heiß oder eiskalt. Tauchbecken fehlt.

Le confort de la chambre et les installations. Tout est très propre. Personnel attentionné

Cons:

Un problème de communication dû à la langue s'est posé quand nous avons fait face à un imprévu ; route bloquée suite à un risque d'avalanche. L'hôtel ne nous a donné aucunes informations et ils ne sont pas proactifs quand on ne parle pas allemand.. Dommage !!

Leider fanden wir den Preis für das was geboten wurde zu teuer.
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, das Personal sehr freundlich.
Sie Sauna Landschaft ist hübsch gemacht.

Cons:

Die Sauna öffnet leider erst ab 12:00 Uhr mittags, an schlecht- Wetter-Tagen wäre man froh gewesen diese früher zu benutzen.
Die Kissen sind leider sehr dünn und die Matratzen recht durchgelegen.
Leider waren Dampfbad und Regengrotte außer Betrieb.

Pros:

Ein großes Danke an die Dame die gleich nach meiner ersten Nacht meinen provisorischen Sitzpolster durch ein zweites Kopfkissen ersetzt hat. Das hat mir wesentlich angenehmere Nächte ermöglicht.

Cons:

Das Frühstück könnte gut und gerne schon um 7 oder 7:30 statt um 8 beginnen... da die meisten Skilifte bereits um 9 starten. Dann könnte man etwas länger und gemütlicher frühstücken.
