Pros:

Eravamo in 9 amici ed è stata la parte migliore del viaggio. Il posto è incredibile, il nostro villaggio era perfetto, pulito, spazioso e siamo stati super ben serviti. Torneremo sicuramente e consiglieremo il posto a tutti

Pros:

Ligging dicht bij San Gimignano, Volterra... afgelegen domein, geen storend verkeer. Het gehele terrein is zeer mooi onderhouden. De kamers zijn 100% schoon...

Cons:

Luide kamers bij ons appartement in die zin dat elke beweging van de bovenburen enorm storend was... vooral 's nachts en 's ochtends... écht zeer luid. Verder geen comfortabele zitbank aanwezig en de lichtschakelaars zijn deels functieloos, maar dat went na 6 dagen

Beautiful location and views.

Cons:

Very basic for the price and very little in terms of utensils/kitchen facilities. Shower flooded in first room as it was blocked and when reported at start of visit they poured a bit of drain cleaner in which didn't help so had to all use one shower. In the second shower which we all had to use the shower holder was broken which meant you had to hold the shower head at all times, very unpractical. We did report this on the first day but nothing was done about it, very disappointing for the money paid.

Very scenic location that could be great with a little work.
Pros:

Spectacular views from the apartment. Quiet countrtyside location. Traditional look and feel to the buildings. Saw some wildlife nearby e.g. fox, hare. Responsive and helpful host (Chiara) assisted quickly with some of the issues we pointed out. Showers excellent - very powerful. Good supply of hot water. WiFi was fine for us.

Cons:

Kitchen not very well equipped and poorly laid out. No oven, some utensils missing. Our outside dining area was located downstairs and a little away from the apartment so we ended up not using it. Electrical sockets are old and even Italian adapters don't fit them without using additional adapters. A washing machine on site would have been very helpful. The swimming pool was nice but, was the same depth everywhere which would pose a difficulty for younger children or adults wirth mobility problems. The location was a bit remote with not even a small convenience shop nearby. Access is via about 1km of dirt road, so we were glad to be in a vehicle with pleny of clearance.

Enjoyable stay on unique property
Pros:

The location was great, in the countryside as we wanted, the older style of the room was quaint and original yet comfortable

As property was far from town it was difficult getting access to food and having to book for breakfast days out
