Nagyon szuper volt minden. A személyzet segítőkész. A tisztaság a rend kiváló.Az ételek és a választék is nagyon jó.Most voltunk itt először de még vissza térünk.Ajánlani tudom másoknak is.

The overall facility is similar to the one we have in the US. The SPA is not, it's not intimate enough and difficult to navigate through corridors, glass doors etc

I am an hospitality consultant and once thing that you need to improve is the personalization and the quality interaction with your guests. Your guests transaction is good but you failed to personalized and emotionally connect with your customers. The interactions are very mechanical with no warmth and personality. Hotels and restaurants are emotional experiences and although your property does a lot of tactical interactions in my opinion failed to deliver memorable emotional experienceds .the very basic of hospitality. Alles war fabelhaft: eine traumhafte Hotelanlage mit kulinarischen Köstlichkeiten aus der Region, ein sehr höfliches, freundliches, bemühtes Personal, das Reinigungsteam lässt alles in höchstem Glanz erstrahlen (ohne Übertreibung)! Der Badesee war angenehm abkühlend und wird gepflegt bis ins letzte Detail. Eine dezente Hühnerschar mit Hahn JoHAHN beehrte uns immer wieder auf dem Hoteleigenen Strandbereich, was wir als Erheiterung empfanden!
Unser Zimmer war die Suite NR 74 mit Seeblick, einfach nur wow und danke für alles!

Absolutely loved it. Everything is really nice, all the staff very friendly, clean big room (we took an upgraded room with more space), foods amazing, pool area clean and nice AND ALL THIS with a BABY. We’ll be back!
