Kommer gerne wieder.
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück. Sehr grosse Auswahl, hervorragende Qualität. 5-Gang Menü auch sehr gute Qualität. Zusätzliches Buffetangebot top. Auch wenn man sehr spät zum essen kam, war das Buffet reichhaltig.

Cons:

In unserer Executive Suite gab es leider sehr viele Tauben auf dem Balkon. Da Gegurre und der Kot waren sehr lästig. Es wäre gut, wenn man außen etwas anbringt, das die Tauben sich nicht setzten können.

Der See ist ein Traum, Frühstück und Abendessen top. Betten sehr gut.

Cons:

Klimaanlage in den Gängen des 3. Stocks off, bei knapp 40°. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer kühlte auch nicht besonders und ist zu laut, um sie nachts laufen zu lassen.

Entspannung pur!
Pros:

Sehr schönes, sauberes Hotel mit leckerem Essen. Sowohl der hoteleigene Spabereich als auch der Bereich in der Therme bieten viel Platz für Entspannung. Im Sommer ist der angenehm kühle Badesee definitiv das Highlight! Toll ist, dass man den Spabereich am Anreisetag bereits ab 9:00 nutzen kann und am Abreisetag (ab einer Buchung von 3 Nächten) auch noch bis Badeschluss.

Cons:

Minimale Kritik: die Anzeige für Klima/Heizung leuchtet in den Zimmern sehr stark & erhellt in der Nacht das Zimmer. Hier wäre eine Abdeckung sinnvoll.

Чудовий готель, який повністю виправдовує свою вартість. Дуже великий і гарний термальний комплекс, є озеро для купання, усе доглянуте та продумане. Сніданок і вечеря були просто чудові — великий вибір страв, усе дуже смачно.

Персонал привітний, атмосфера приємна, відпочивати тут справді комфортно. Ми залишилися під великим враженням від перебування. Це саме те місце, куди хочеться повернутися ще раз. Однозначно рекомендуємо!

Очень красивое местоположение,но удивило отношение персонала на ресепшн:на просьбу показать и обьяснить что где находится игнорировали.Мы полдня искали то пляж,то термы и прочее,на второй день только разобрались.Завтрак великолепный,ужин тоже.В целом отдыхом довольны.

Cons:

Клиентоориентированность.Персонал при заселении должен рассказать ,где что находится.Это спа отель.
