Pros:

Es gibt eine kleine aber feine Dachterasse mit Flussblick. An der Rezeption kann man Getränke bekommen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Das sauberste Bad das wir je auf Reisen hatten. Wie neu!!!
Lage am Fluss sehr hübsch
Frühstück gut

Cons:

Nur ein Sterne restaurant near bis (sehr teuer)
Ansonsten muss man immer mit dem Auto wo hin fahren

Het hotel is prachtig gelegen aan de Douro. Bij aankomst kregen we een upgrade naar een kamer met rivierzicht. Het was een prima kamer, op de kamer stond een fles water en een klein flesje port klaar. We hebben prima gegeten bij het dorpsrestaurant La Bamba. Verder was er alleen een Michelin restaurant open en moest je eventueel verder rijden naar Peso da Régua of naar Pinhao.

Aussicht auf Duoro sehr schön. Obwohl Hotel an Strase liegend kein Lärm da kaum Verkehr in der Nacht. Parkplatz unmittelbar vor dem Haus

Pros:

Localização maravilhosa, em frente ao famoso restaurante DOC e ao rio Douro. Fui presenteado com um "upgrade", ficando em quarto com varanda e com vista para o rio Douro. Todos da equipe muito solícitos e gentis. Café da manhã maravilhoso. Valeu muito a pena.

Cons:

Tudo foi do meu agrado.

Ficamos apenas uma noite para irmos ao restaurante DOC e voltar no dia seguinte para o Porto. Foi perfeito para isso.

Não tem o charme dos hotéis vinícolas ou boutiques da região. É mais um hotel de transito, não ha espaços para entretenimento.

Pros:

Gostámos muito da experiência. Os quartos são bonitos, espaçosos, limpos e confortáveis. O colchão é fantástico, é um hotel tranquilo e silencioso e as cortinas cobrem toda a luz que entra dentro do quarto permitindo uma boa noite de sono. O pequeno almoço é muito agradável com vista para o rio, e as colaboradoras no pequeno almoço são de uma simpatia e de uma eficácia exemplar. Tem a variedade necessária e tudo o que é servido é de qualidade. Um especial agradecimento à Ivone que nos ajudou no planeamento para o dia da meia maratona. Foi em experiência muito positiva, e recomendaremos o Hotel Folgosa Douro para uma bonita visita ao Douro.

Een top verblijf tussen de 2 Portdorpen en met vele quinta’s in de directe omgeving
Pros:

Ondanks doorgaande weg, een rustige locatie met prachtig uitzicht, met toprestaurant voor de deur en mogelijkheid om met het veer naar de overkant te varen. Uitermate vriendelijk personeel met aandacht voor de gasten!

Geen dikke zitkussens op de terrasstoelen….

Sehr gemütliches und gastfreundliches Hotel.
Pros:

Sehr gemütliches Hotel direkt am Fluss. Nette Atmosphäre, gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Das Gebäude ist recht hellhörig, sowohl Gäste auf dem Flur als vor allem auch Gäste in der Etage über einem, die meinten, nachts um 11 ein Wannenbad nehmen zu müssen (laut rauschendes Wasser für 30min) waren sehr deutlich und leider etwas störend zu hören.

Great stay in Douro
Pros:

Spent a few days here in douro valley. The stay was great. The staff were wonderful, the location central to all that we planned to do. Midway between Pinhão and Régua. Would stay again.

Excellent option for exploring the beautiful Duoro valley
Pros:

The location is excellent for exploring the beautiful Duoro valley, the room had a stunning view and we loved sleeping with the curtains open to wake up to the view of the glasslike river early in the morning. The staff were so helpful especially with giving recommendations and helping with making reservations- parking was no problem just outside the hotel, enjoyed the variety of food available for breakfast
