מלון בוטיק מיקום טוב , צוות נחמד בקבלה אבל קצת אדיש כלפי האורחים
ארוחת בוקר נחמדה , הייתה צפיה לארוחה הרבה יותר מגוונת , אבל בפועל הייה די צנועה.

Cons:

תיכנון הפנימי של החדר גרוע
בכניסה לחדר מקלחון בצד שמאל ,אסלה וכיור בצד ימן הכל צפוץ ומחבר ישרות לחלל החדר בלי הפרדה.
החדר שלחנו סויטה גוניור , החדרים הרגלים נראים אותו דבר ובאותו גודל.
אין הבדל משמעותי בין סוייטה לחדר רגיל

Exklusives Hotel in super Lage im Zentrum
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes Hotel an Top Lage. Wir hatten die Penthouse-Suite gebucht. Grosses bequemes Bett. Badezimmer mit Dusche und einer separaten Toilette. Kleiner Balkon. Angenehmes nettes Personal. Valet Parking vorhanden. Das Frühstücks Buffet war reichhaltig und man konnte noch Eierspeisen separat bestellen.

Cons:

1 Gratis Anwendung für Beauty wurde versprochen, man müsste dazu aber das Hotel verlassen, dies wurde leider nicht kommuniziert. Schade.

Pros:

The location was great, staff were friendly and professional. Room was clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast had a great selection and also an option to order from the menu, I ordered the eggs Benedict and was delicious

Niesamowity obiekt. Wstydliwe wnętrza. Doskonałe połączenie zabytkowego hotelu z nowoczesnymi udogodnieniami. Położenie w samym sercu starego miasta. Dosłownie dwa kroki do restauracji.

I wouldn’t go there anymore…
Pros:

Hard to say. Location itself only. This is not the hotel we used to know and go there wigj a pleasure.

Cons:

This hotel used to “breathe” with perfection. Now is a just gray and poor image of it.
The faucet in the bathroom has hot water only, our room 49 was turned to the backyard including 10ish huuuge A/C outside unite. Bad to sleep.
The breakfast was poor, especially the water melon and ananas…they have been 3-4 days old sliced prieces. Low selection of food. I have asked 4 times about Plateia parking and everytime I got the “upgrade betting game.

Our 5 day visit was wonderful, with very friendly and helpful staff making it so very special
Pros:

Breakfast was lovely every morning! The breakfast items can be the same when staying for 5 days, so we suggest changing up the items a bit more

Cons:

There is no kettle or tea and coffee making facilities in the room, which would have been very nice to have

Very disappointing. I would not stay again.
Pros:

On check-in I asked about gluten free options. There was bread only available. I have stayed in 3 star hotels and B&Bs where there was a wealth of choice.

Cons:

The room was too small and had far too much furniture. The glass bathroom door is not appropriate.

מיקום מעולה. קרוב לכל האתרים.

Cons:

חדר קטן יחסית. מנורה שלא פעלה, הבטיחו לתקן וגם לאחר יומיים לא הצליחו. חדר אמבטיה קטן ומשטח כיור מצומצם.
