The Excelsior was fantastic: the room, the breakfast, location, hospitality, elegance. Especially the staff were very attentive making our stay even more comfortable and relaxing. We'll be definitely staying again.

Friendly helpful reception staff. Decor. Comfortable bed. Stories and chocolate each evening. Lift. Snacks in reception. Bathrobes.

Cons:

Heavy doors. Dripping shower. Television positioned at the end of the bed. No kettle.
