הצוות של המלון היה מדהים .לכל שאלה ובקשה הם נתנו מענה בצורה נעימה ואדיבה.
שירותיות ברמה גבוהה .הורגש שחשוב להם האורח ארוחת בוקר טעימה מאוד ועשירה .בריכה קטנה אבל כיפית לילדים בסיום היום. הייתה גם אפשרות לכביסה עצמית בתשלום סמלי שזה עזר לנו מאוד לשהייה היחסית ארוכה. 7 ימים היינו שם. קרוב לפלאכו.נוף מהמם מהמלון. מומלץ מאוד

Just perfect
Pros:

The place is just perfect, by all means!
Brand new, beautifully designed, well equipped. The breakfast was very good, also the restaurant fir dinner, and the location is great. We loved this stay and will return for sure.

No fans/air conditioning.

ארוחת בוקר מגוונת ומצוינת, צוות המלון ידידותי ועזר בעצות לגבי מסלול הטיול ובכל בקשה. הנוף מהחדר היה מאוד יפה. יש במלון מסעדה שבה ניתן להזמין ארוחת ערב - מצוינת. מיקום מעולה לטיולי כוכב בחבל זלצבורג. החדר היה נעים מאוד, מקלחת טובה. ממליצה בחום רב.

Pros:

Im Zimmer war eine kleine Küche mit einer Abwaschmaschine. Toll!

Cons:

Es gibt keine Lüftung im Zimmer. Im Sommer müssen wir die ganze Tür öffnen und für Durchzug sorgen. Es gibt kein Moskitonetz. Es war sehr heiss.

Virkelig en god oplevelse som for os var med til at løfte ferieoplevelsen :0)

Alle medarbejdere var super opmærksomme og servicemindet, hvilket betyder enormt meget for vores oplevelse.
Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage til dette sted.

אחלה מקום למעט חודשים יולי-אוגוסט
Pros:

מיקום טוב וקרוב מאד לפארק המים שיש כניסה חינם אליו.
ארוחת בוקר טובה ויש גם מסעדה לערב שהיא אחלה.
חדרים גדולים, נתנו לנו חדר ל-5 אנשים (זוג + 3) וגבו רק עבור 4

Cons:

אין מזגן בחדר!
שאלנו מראש כי הגענו באוגוסט ואמרו שאין אבל אמרו שאין צורך כי זה מקום גבוה וקר.

זה ממש לא נכון!
חם מאד, בצהרים אי אפשר בכלל להיות בחדר וגם בלילה לא נעים.
קיבלנו מאוורר מאד פשוט, לא הסכימו לתת שני מאווררים…
המאוורר לא מכסה את כולם ובכל אופן הוא מאד קטן.

בקיצור, אם אתם לא מגיעים בקיץ אז אחלה מקום, אם אתם מגיעים בקיץ אז קחו את זה בחשבון.

בנוסף החדר שלנו היה באיזור של חדרים שאין אליהם מעליות, זה לא ככ נוח עם מזוודות.
