We loved this place so much. Perfect situated in a quiet neighborhood , just beside a wonderful restaurant. The staff was VERY helpful and nice. Our room had a terrace and plants. What a place to stay. As we arrived we checked in with a not so friendly porter, not so helpful but this must not keep you away from Aranjuez. WE LOVED IT❤️

The hotel is located in a great area, and has beautiful surroundings. The property itself is beautiful and has an antique design. Nevertheless, the room was very cool and even tough we had several blankets, it was a very cool staying. Also i would recommend to replace the whole tableware because it seems very old.

Wonderful boutique hotel with excellent staff. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The front desk staff, Wilson did a great job with smooth check-in and Ricardo the waiter during breakfast was absolutely attentive to our needs in the morning - from setting up our breakfast table to giving us advice about where to find things in the city.

Pros:

I was very disappointed about the hotel and find the high rating unjustified. The bathroom was not clean nor was the breakfast room. Breakfast was bad. The room was cold, there was no extra blanket .Everything looks old and partly even shabby. Can’t recommend this place.
