Please note:

- Guests are kindly requested to inform the property in advance of their estimated time of arrival. This can be noted in the Special Requests Box during booking.

- During summer, the reception is open until 22:30.

- The price of parking is for a standard-size car. Larger vehicles may be charged more.

- Full payment is required at check-in.

- Cleaning is done twice a week for long stays, once a week for shorter stays.
(for stays of two nights, there is no cleaning service, but only linen change on request).Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Loved it. Definitely a must stay for positano.
Pros:

Perfect location. Steps to the beach and resturants. Staff wss pleasant and they made accommodations for me when I made it in late. Definitely a must stay.

Cons:

There was a small mishap with staff removing something from my room but otherwise. No issues.

Pros:

We had an exceptional view of the beach. The receptionist was very kind and helpful, answering our questions and making travel arrangements for us.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there was no hot water available in the morning.

Exceptional Property and Staff
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally friendly and extremely helpful. They had our room ready even though check in was not until the afternoon. They helped us in so many ways. The property was very clean and the room spacious. I would not hesitate to book this property again if staying in Positano

Cons:

Not the property's fault but because the property is a pedestrian area only we had to walk quite a way with our luggage to access our private car transfer

AMAZING service, location and outstanding view!
Pros:

Christiana our concierge was INCREDIBLE!! The view from our suite was SPECTACULAR! The location was just steps from ferry, resturaunts, shopping, etc. Our suite had a wrap around balcony with comfy furniture and small kitchenette. I would not imagine staying anywhere else with the top notch service, location and beauty of this location. Don’t miss an opportunity to stay here😁

Great location and excellent staff, medium accommodations for the high price.
Pros:

Location was excellent, several steps to the waterfront and ferries. The view from the room was gorgeous. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable and accessible. Truly sweet and wonderful, from reception to the housekeeping staff.

Cons:

The hotel was pricey for the accommodations; it was very adequate, but there was nothing luxurious - not the bedding, the furnishings, the linens. The bed itself was uncomfortable. I saw reviews describing this as luxury accommodations, but it was nothing close to that.
