Schönes zentrales Hotel mit sehr guten Frühstück.

Schöne zentrale Lage. Modernes geräumiges Zimmer, die Betten waren sehr bequem. Sehr netter Personal.

Zentrale Lage und kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten, aber leider ein enttäuschendes Frühstückserlebnis
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, sodass die Innenstadt gut zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Besonders praktisch fanden wir die kostenlosen Parkmöglichkeiten. Unser Zimmer lag im Souterrain und war insgesamt sauber und ordentlich.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer lag im Untergeschoss (-1), wodurch es etwas feucht und warm war. Außerdem gab es keine Verdunkelungsvorhänge, sodass es morgens relativ früh hell im Zimmer wurde.
Besonders enttäuschend war jedoch das Frühstück. In der Informationsmappe im Zimmer war der Frühstückspreis eindeutig mit **9 € pro Person** angegeben, ohne irgendeinen Hinweis auf Einschränkungen oder abweichende Preise. Beim Bezahlen wurden uns jedoch **21,90 € pro Person** berechnet. Auf unsere Nachfrage wurde uns erklärt, dass wir über Booking.com gebucht hätten und deshalb der höhere Preis gelten würde.
Wir empfinden diese Preisgestaltung als irreführend und fühlen uns als Booking.com-Gäste dadurch unfair behandelt. Für **21,90 € pro Person** ist das Frühstück unserer Meinung nach außerdem deutlich zu teuer. Besonders unverständlich ist, dass gleichzeitig mit einem „**besten Frühstück der Stadt**“ geworben wird.
Auf unsere anschließende Beschwerde bezüglich der Preisdifferenz haben wir leider keine Antwort erhalten.
