Pros:

El desayuno fue fantástico y la atención del personal, impecable. La gran ventaja es que está fuera de la ZTL y dispone de parking gratuito.

Cons:

Por poner alguna pega, no está tan bien situado para ir y venir del centro histórico andando. Aún así, merece la pena por la comodidad del aparcamiento y no tener restricciones de tráfico.

Felt like a villa that was special back in the day but has lost its charm due time a bit of neglect.
Pros:

Very good location 3 minutes from the walled city. Breakfast was very simple but did the trick. Property has a vintage vibe but could do with a few upgrades. Nice pool with lovely view.

Cons:

Property could do with some landscaping and updated seating. Bedding was on the hard side. Staff weren’t the most approachable.

Short to mid term stay close to San Gimignano
Pros:

Walking distance to San Gimignano old town. Nice surrounding area. Plenty of parking space on site. Very good breakfast in Italians standard.

Cons:

The shower room was very small. A tall person would struggle.

Bien situé. Proche des remparts de la ville historique. Piscine avec vue dégagée.

Cons:

Style vieillot. Défraichi. Ça ressemble plus a une pension de famille demodée des années 50. En permanence surveillé par un gérant à peine aimable. Literie mediocre pour un 3 etoiles.

Frühstück war ausreichend war für jeden was dabei. Lage ist top.Der Außenbereich ist mit viel liebe Gestaltet und der Pool war auch mega.Bis ins Zentrum waren es 10 Gehminuten.

Cons:

Zimmer waren nich gut gereinigt und in die Jahre gekommen.
