Pros:

Room was well laid out and quite standard (we stayed at another hotel of yours and the rooms were almost identical).

The bed distribution and amenities were good.

Cons:

The lamps are too bright (one lights both up and down). Having dimmer options that are more discrete would be nice for parents but beyond that the room was very functional. Having easy access to TV HDMI is key and you guys nail that setup.

Pros:

The staff were so nice and friendly. The rooms was clean and the air conditioning worked great. Beds are confortable.

Cons:

We ended up in a handicap room which was not an issue.... the issue was the shower. Water was everywhere. The second day there the bathroom sink clogged and drained slow. We didn't get up until 9:30 and left at 10 am for our day. I had asked the front office if they could please send house keeping back to tidy up the bathroom considering we had to use all of our towels to keep the floors dry. They never returned.

Wouldn’t stay here again for the price.
Pros:

Breakfast personal was friendly and front desk lady when we checked in was nice.

Cons:

Had a group that was there running up and down the hallway screaming. ice machine on our floor didn’t work. You could hear everything in floors above and below. Bed were hard as a rock.

Great premises but you need a car.
Pros:

Clean and great brekky.

Cons:

Location to decent restaurants. Heaps of fast food but would prefer restaurants. We had a car so easy drive to pretty much everything.
