Just ok
Pros:

Small room, 2 queen beds. Bathroom needs a remodel. Living room couch like a 20 year old sleeper sofa, caved in with flat cushions. Thin walls, could hear our neighbors alarm clock and tv. Kitchen area is nice. Breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast. Front desk staff were great, very friendly. AC was powerful but quiet for a hotel (didn’t wake me up every time it turned on and off)

Poor customer service!
Pros:

Bed was comfortable close to our home

Cons:

They did not clean the room on a daily basis we were there over week and It was like pulling teeth to get the trash dumped, new wash cloth and towels and TP.

Pros:

Beautiful area , kid friendly, pond behind hotel with a sidewalk great for family walks! My little one put her skates on and had a ball!
Room was a great size we were on first floor which made it 10x better .

We stayed in a family room bc I have 6 children - 2 of which are toddlers. It was located on the 4th floor. My toddlers woke up around 6:50am and were being slightly inpatient about getting up and we got a couple of phone calls (when I answered no one was there)…. Then a knock on the door saying there was a noise complaint from the room below saying we were bouncing a basketball. We were not and the toddlers were not really even being disruptive besides normal movement. I don’t understand why you would put a family room on the 4th floor - it would be better on the first floor to avoid situations like this. I felt as if I needed to immediately remove my family from the room and check out. I was not impressed.

Nice walking path
Pros:

Staff was friendly. They have a pool & basketball court. The hotel is next to a walking path with a lake and a playground. Walk to several restaurants on the path. There is an outside kitchen that you can BBQ on. Conveniently located. We had a suite, which was nice. I’m rating this a 3 because there was no conditioner in the pump in the shower, there were only 3 towels for four people, there was no hot breakfast or coffee at 6:40am & they said it would be 7am before they would bring any more coffee & breakfast out. I guess the first wave of breakfast enthusiasts wiped them out. Free weights in the gym for arms, plus bikes, treadmills & other equipment for legs. The hotel is situated next to a hospital, so every now and then a helo flies over very low. Looked like the tub needed some scrubbing. I was trying to be excited about this hotel, but it wasn’t outstanding for $250+ a night
