Returning guest if you like blue Skys and pools.
Pros:

Personal touch as a returning guest the lady who organises the tours. Staff all do best to accommodate any requests and check up on you the next day.

Bon emplacement
La ville de Rethymno est très jolie avec forteresse et petits magasins
Hôtel avec plage privée et parking gratuit ( fin avril) sur terrain en terre à côté de l hôtel
La réception offre des bouteilles d'eau à l' arrivée ce qui est très appréciable
Personnel très gentil tant au niveau réception que service en salle ( mention spéciale pour Popi qui a toujours le sourire et est bienveillante)
Salle pour déjeuner très agréable,. Choix dans les plats et diversité
Chambres duplex familiale bien agencée : étage avec deux lits simples et salle de bain/ toilettes.avec balcon. Et rdv avec lit double et salle de bain/:toilettes avec terrasse ( deux transats) et accès a la piscine. Très propre. Linge change tout les jours.

Pas d évaluation sur les piscines que nous n' avons pas utilisées

Wir wurden sehr freundlich und auf deutsch begrüßt und haben ein kostenloses Zimmerupgrade erhalten. Unser Zimmer war fantastisch, mit direktem Meerblick. Alles sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war spitzenklasse, reichlich Auswahl, viele warme Speisen. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden. Aber das beste waren das super freundliche Personal! Vom Zimmermädchen über die Leute an der Rezeption und die Serviceleute beim Essen alle hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Reiseconcierge hat uns so manchen tollen Tip für eine Tour mit dem Mietwagen gegeben. Poolanlage sauber und schön, bequeme Liegen, genauso am Strand. Hier gibt es auch einen tollen Service für Snacks und Getränke, auch der Strand war sehr sauber. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, viele Restaurants und Shops in umittelbarer Umgebung und die Altstadt ist gut erreichbar, sowohl zu Fuß als auch für kleines Geld mit dem Taxi.

Personal sehr freundlich, gutes Essen.

We had a great time
Pros:

The hotel is situated in a beautiful area, just across the road from the beach, which we loved. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The restaurant staff were fantastic—our waitress, Popi, was very kind, and the restaurant manager, Illias, went above and beyond to ensure all my requests were met. Additionally, the holiday concierge, Uli, did an excellent job making our stay truly enjoyable!

Good location, great breakfast, and amazing staff.
Pros:

The location was perfect, with the beach just across the road and plenty of restaurants nearby. Getting into the old town was easy, either a 35 to 45 minute walk along the seafront or a quick taxi from the stand across the road for around 7 euros.

Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection that had something for everyone. The staff were amazing throughout our stay, super friendly and always happy to help. Their warmth really made the experience.

Cons:

The only thing I would mention is that the air conditioning in the room was a little noisy at times, but it didn’t take away from an otherwise great stay.

A 3 star hotel that claims its a 5 star with no soul.
Pros:

Staff in restaurant was great and positive..
Staff in reception was very helpful.
The girl at the beachbeds was amazingly helpful
Great location.

Cons:

The room was trendy but not functional at all. NO Private areas and the toilet and shower was open for everyone to see and hear everything.
The fan from the Kitchen on the roof was so loud so we couldt enjoy sittning there watching the seaview we paid for..
Had 3 small bottles of water in the room first day then never refilled.
Had 3 pods of Coffee the first day to expensive machine in the room and never refilled.
The younger lifeguard at the pool was very rude and acted like he owned the place as he was some kind of poolpolice, he complained to all the guest as soon something happened, even told children at the children pool not to splash water on eachother. Its a 5 star hotel and he have to act in a proper manner to make the guest feel good.

Nice stay for a short period!
Pros:

Great location, far from the buzz. Nice beach facilities, a good swimming pool and a nice breakfast buffet. Room was good, with a nice balcony. At half an hour walking distance from Rethymnon, which was a good walk.

Cons:

Shower in a bath, not my favorite, but I knew that upfront. WiFi was not great.

Best hotel!
Pros:

The location is great! Close to restaurants, shops and a nice walk from the Old City. The hotel has various activities such as folk dance performances and aqua fit sessions every morning. The restaurant staff are extremely friendly, especially Popi and Anna. We loved every minute of our stay, thank you!
