El desayuno pesimo, no habia donde sentarse, una señora se junto en una sola mesa para que pudieramos sentarnos, el pan frio,no habia para todos,el mesero ni cubiertos ponia, los dejaba tirados, un refresco artificial, lo unico que se salvaba eran ujos trozos de piña conpapaya. Como paso lo del mencho, llego mas gente y no tenian nada de comida,ni galletas,ni maquina dispensadora, solo el restaurante cuyo empleado fue el unico amable, trataba de atender con lo poco que tenia,hasta el agua se le acabo, pero el hotel indiferente, hacia frio y ni colchaba abrigada tenia mi habitacion,tuve que exigirle al señor de la tarde que no era nada amable a pesar de la situacion que se estaba viviendo.
No me gusto nada pero menos lo mal que se trata al turista por parte de este hotel mexicano que se describe como suites, el estacionamiento era en la calle, eso deberian especificarlo.

Solicité que las habitaciones fueran en planta baja por llevar adultos mayores y sin problema me las asignaron.

No sabíamos que había restaurante, hasta que preguntamos por la noche, al momento de la reserva no comentaron.

The location is good and it is near downtown. Also there are restaurantes, drugstore and supermarket around.
The room was not good, there wasn't natural light. Also, there is a lot of noise from the lobby and from the other rooms.
The breakfast isn't good and the staff is not well trained.
Hotel tranquilo, el desayuno buffet solo los fines de semana bueno y la atencion del personal, al lado hay drogueria, restaurantes y supermercado.
El hotel esta retirado del centro en carro como 25 min porque hay que pasar por varios tuneles. Una renovación de colchones seria fantastico.

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was nice, except for one lady in the reception. The fridge is very convenient and so is the supermarket across the parking lot. The massage service was amazing and not too expensive.
