De kamer en het ontbijt
Het personeel mocht voor mij vriendelijker zijn.
Bij het ontbijt hebben we lang gewacht voor iemand die ons kon ontvangen , dan zijn we zelf zonder iemand zijn hulp aan het ontbijt gestart, we kozen een tafel uit en we moesten naar de andere zaal gaan op een groffe manier
Bij het uitchecken was er niemand, ik heb aan de bel geduwd bij de receptie maar niemand kwam, ik ben zelf naar de bar gegaan, ze hebben me gezegd dat ik de kaar gewoon daar aan de receptie moest leggen, geen afscheid of niks, heel jammer
Dinner was very good quality and the breakfast food looked good. Room was big with good lighting and easy to work.
Breakfast looked good but a not big enough area and a design that causes congestion because there are corners. When I went to breakfast there was a large group so not enough space therefore as I could not spare much time I just took a take-out coffee and a couple pastries instead of waiting to sit somewhere and for the busy-ness of the food area to reduce - it's a shame because I it all looked so nice. Other negative for me was the shower. The soap and taps were in the wrong places and the shower head was in a fixed place so could not be moved up or down which is standard everywhere else.
Perfecte kwaliteit van de (grote) bedden, ruime en zeer schone kamer/badkamer en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet van goede kwaliteit
Kamer is mede door vloerbedekking iets gedateerd. Prijzen van het, trouwens wel van goede kwaliteit, diner zijn in een enkel geval aan de hoge kant. ( bv soep € 12,00 en 0,5 ltr water € 8,00 in mei '26)
Ontbijt was voldoende keus en was lekker, badkamer was netjes, lekkere doucheproducten, tissues waren te weinig, maar die werden met behulp van whatsapp bericht zo aangevuld, bedden waren ook prima.
Ook handig dat het vlak naast een grote shopping mall lag, om even te shoppen. "Waasland shopping"
Aardig personeel. Het restaurant is ook netjes voor een chique diner.
De kraaiende haan, die de hele dag door kraaide. Maar daar kan het hotel niets aan doen. Behalve er coq au vin van maken. ;)

De locatie is top om het shoppingcentrum te bezoeken.
Dicht bij de autostrade om vlot andere steden te bezoeken.

Prima te bereiken, gratis parkeren op eigen terrein. Vriendelijk personeel en goede bedden, en een prima ontbijt.

Het Ibis Hotel heeft me een goed alternatief gegeven .
De kamer in Hotel Sewir was blijkbaar de dag van de aankomst plots niet meer beschikbaar.
Het hotel heeft me opgebeld met de middag om naar Hotel Ibis te gaan overnachten, gezien ze overvol zaten.
Een paar dagen er voor kreeg ik nog een mail dat ik verwacht werd die dag zonder problemen.
Jammer dus.
