Het zwembad is maar kort open. Zelfs met een hittegolf sluit het zwembad om 19uur. Na een dag uitstap dus geen kans om je nog even te verkoelen

Good location with a train station and the leaning tower within a walking distance.

A huge plus to Sara at the reception desk for letting us stay in our room and use the pool for several hours after we were supposed to check out, due to our flight being delayed over 12 hours.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, parking w cenie tuż pod apartamentem, duży basen, cisza i spokój. Dojazd omijając strefę ZTL.

Cons:

Zapach stęchlizny który pojawiał się pod zlewem i zasłona prysznicowa była niedoczyszczona. Telewizor mógłby być większy.

Pros:

Wir hatten eine Ferienwohnung für 4 Personen, mit 2 Schlafzimmern. Größe war ausreichend. Schöne Außenanlage mit schönen, gepflegten Pool. Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft. Nachts wird die Anlage abgeschlossen. Tolle Lage für viele Ausflugsziele.

Cons:

Die Anlage und die Zimmer sant Ausstattung sind bei genauen hinsehen doch schon in die Jahre gekommen. Die Küche war sehr minimalistisch ausgestattet. 4 Messer, 4 Löffel, 4 Gabeln usw.. Kein Toaster, keine Kaffeemaschine, kein Backofen nur 4 Kochfelder, kein Geschirrspüler. Die ursprünglich weißen Plastikgartenmöbel waren schon recht vergilbt. Nutzen konnten wir diese eh nicht, da es vor Mücken wimmelte. An unserem Abreisetag nahm sich der Gärtner, mit der Chemiekeule, dem Problem an. Ob es was gebracht hat, können wir leider nicht sagen. Auf jeden Fall Mückenschutzspray nicht vergessen. Der Pool war optisch sehr schön und gepflegt. Die verwendete Chemie hat bei uns allen Augenreizung verursacht. Unser Fazit viel Geld für wenig Komfort.

Prima locatie. Je bent zo bij de Toren, het centrum en verschillende supermarkten.Ook was er tegen betaling de mogelijkheid om te wassen. Airco was aanwezig en ook echt noodzakelijk. Vriendelijke gastvrouw die goed Engels sprak.

Cons:

De schoonmaak kon iets beter.. Ook was de douche cabine erg klein, waardoor je je nauwelijks kon draaien en wassen.

Nagyon jó lehetne némi befektetéssel a tulajdonos részéről. Sajnos maga Pisa csalódás volt számunkra

A hely nagyon szép és rendezett a medencét nem sokan használták így nagyon kellemesen használható volt.

Cons:

A házak belül felújítandóak az eszközök piszkosak és cserélendőek. A hely környéke és maga Pisa is piszkos hiányzik a túristákat vonzó sétáló utca, kávézók, éttermek. Nekünk csalódás volt Olaszországban nem ezt tapasztaltuk eddig.

A Quiet Stay Close to Pisa's Main Attractions
Pros:

This apartment is located in a quiet part of Pisa while still being close enough to easily reach all the main attractions. One of its biggest advantages is the swimming pool, which children absolutely loved. We also appreciated that the pool is open only from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. This keeps the property peaceful and quiet in the evenings, without noise or disturbances.
The reception is open during the same hours, so it is important to inform the staff in advance if you plan to arrive early or late.
There is a lovely local café just a short walk away, serving great coffee, delicious sandwiches, and ice cream.

The nearest bus stop is about a 6-minute walk from the apartment. From there, you can easily reach Pisa Central Station, with the total journey taking around 20–25 minutes, including walking. A taxi is only slightly faster—usually a little over 15 minutes—so the bus is a convenient and cost-effective option. on foot is also around 25 minutes, but with kids is problematic.
Overall, this is a great place to stay if you are looking for a peaceful location with good facilities while remaining within easy reach of Pisa's city center.

Cons:

The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. However, because the reception is closed before 10:00 a.m. and after 7:00 p.m., there is no one available to assist with practical matters outside those hours. For example, if you have an early check-out, arranging a taxi or getting assistance can be a bit more challenging. It's not a major issue, but something to keep in mind if you're used to having a 24-hour reception.
